I had on me 3.85$. We played a bit of ET together and after we were browsing the website. He asked me a bunch of questions. He asked me about the donation Box in the home page. I explained to him the reasons why people donate. He gave me back the 3.85$ and told me "I want to help to uncle Mark, I like to play this game". I told him I will donate 20.00$ in his name and that he could keep the cash but he insisted for the 3.85$ so I made a deal with the kid that we would donate 23.85$. My guess too is that there's no real supported driver, and you're running on the basic Windows Basic Display Adapter, which is why adding that opengl32 dll caused a different issue. For laggy and shaky, I'd try experimenting with /r_primitives 1 and /r_primitives 2. People have had your problem @Asokaa but it's hard to get a one-size-fits-all solution to issues like this. Bad PFD and bad mode... looks like either a config issue or perhaps a driver issue (maybe if you just did Windows Updates in bulk). But I'd try enabling Aero. For some reason, having it disabled can cause some extensions in OGL and DirectX to become wonky.

Some time ago, I think it was 2016, we also measured a "beyond speed of light" particle in the LHC. The media inflated it a hundredfold. I asked a master in theoretical physics student friend of mine who has personal interests regarding the LHC works and he looked into it from the inside. Turns out that the people who measured the faster-than-light particle had already stated it to be an impossibility and that it had to be an error in measurements, but that the media just turned it into whatever they wanted to share leaving out some particular details. It took about a year for the rest of the world to find out that it was indeed a fluke, even though that was the original conclusion by the scientists. I'm no physicist. I know the string theory has been factually debunked by the science community already, and if I'm not mistaken the entanglement theory hinges on the string theory. In any case, I'm not going to be convinced of so strong a conclusion based on a popular laic-level youtube video about the states of particles as was originally depicted by Schrödinger.
