Hola peeps! I'm finally here releasing my remake on Bremen_b3. In advance I'd like to thank all of you who have given feedback, helped and playtested on the test server. Thank you for setting it up on there @daredevil. Also thank you @Shana for compressing all of the textures and taking a deep look into the map! I'll post all the changes here, I will probably forget some changes since I've been working on this for a while now. Download of the map is at the bottom of this post feel free to give constructive feedback here or poke me on Discord, thank you! I'll also just clarify what I had in mind while making this remake. This remake is made to support a bit more players, support teamplay and make the map more even. Also this map is just way more interesting to play right now. *This is a beta version.* Major Changes: - Added extra exit out of 1st Axis Spawn to reduce blocking. - Made building South of 1st Axis Spawn accessible. - Made balcony East of 1st Axis Spawn easily accessible with small corridor. - Made house accessible to help both allied in first stage and axis in last stage. - With that, I made exit out of house easier. - Added area to help axis during last stage. - Added room with ladder to first floor in house opposite to CP room. - Extended house opposite to CP room to come out next to keyroom. - Added room West to CP room. - Made stairs wider and created hole. - Added second door frame to CP again for less blocking. Also made North Western door frame wider. - Made courtyard easier to go about. - Re-did lower level of house North East of keyroom. - Lightened up corridor East to Truck and removed weird shape of it. - Removed gate South to Truck and added back alley that comes out in Axis 2nd Spawn. - Made truck room more balanced. - Added stairs all around keyroom to create a "more open feel". Minor Changes: - Removed clip from rooftop of middle house. - Removed hole from floor of middle house. - Added low wall to second floor middle house. - Raised wall looking over garage a bit in middle house. - Made balconies accessible. - Added Wooden Cover to arch. - Removed useless background effects for improved performance. - Replaced some spawns for both allied and axis. - Added clipping to stairs and unregular surfaces. - Added window to crossover above Main Gate. - Lowered table and moved rubbel for statisfying jump. - Moved wall a bit next to stair CP room. - Re-textured roofs, doors and some walls. - Lowered wall in hole to generator to not get stuck. - Removed useless clutter in keyroom. - Moved 1st Truck Barrier a bit. - Removed door in Western Wall of truck room. - Smoothened truck route. - Added small detail. - Caulked invisible faces of brushes for better performance. - Made door under bridge team door for axis. - Removed useless entities for better performance. - Re-textured CP room. - Changed loading picture. fa_bremen_b1

After looking into the profile again, I found out there are 2 types of edit profiles. When I clicked on my profile it goes directly to the one you see in the screenshot *hence the limited info* but there is another option called account overview (where you get to add more options). I apologize for the confusion. Please consider this issue resolved. :)

autoshuffle is fine. Surely it doesnt produce the most optimal solution, however not a single option does. I think on HC/Silent the autoshuffle happens every 3 maps (?) and that is perfectly fine for keeping the teams nice and fresh. Shuffle definitely shouldnt be accesible by voting because it takes a bit of understanding to realise when teams are uneven, why teams are uneven, how teams will be more even, etc etc. Same goes for lvl 12/14 admins, most admins wont have a good clue as to when he or she should shuffle, this is proven by looking at how lvl 12/14 admins tend to handle !putteam as well. Once these adins get a hang of how to putteam properly they are already making good progress towards a promotion (the way I see it) and therefore shouldnt need to worry. "Put good players the the losing side manually": Unfortunately it isnt always that easy. On jaymod, where I have spent my last couple of months I have noticed that the problem doesntsolely come from uneven teams but also from tunnel vision. If teams were uneven for a while until a change happens the losing side for some reason decided that they "gave up". Meaning that eventhough an admin might have made the perfect move as to who should be put to the losing side teams might still appear to be uneven due to the one side playing even more like jackasses compared to how they usually play, whilest the previously winning side is still full of confidense making them play better. In my opinion this issue isnt further tacklable aside from waiting for the next map so a mental reset will occur. All in all if people are reasonless enough to create a mental block by losing in a videogame than no further help can be given LOL

Little bit tired of discussing shuffle.... There's several aspects to it. First and second (in importance): -Players on (based on exp) -The map being played -Duration of map also has an impact. Autoshuffle can be overzealous. So voting to keep it as-is for silEnT servers. That seems to work well. I would not change lvl requirement for shuffle. Why? It's too easy to make mistakes and kill the server. I've been there and done that- even as lvl 15. Level 15 is based on a few aspects. Command usage, reports and how truthful you are, time you've been here, etc. It's well balanced- whether you believe it or not. The only way it could be more perfect is if it were only given to those 16+ with A-Z+ cmd knowledge and A-Z knowledge of our mission. So 15+ is fine. Not everyone has the same experience. Some may be able to use it better than others. If we think you'll be able to handle it well before others, trust me-- we pay attention and you'll get it. Just keep proving yourself.

Yay! Another topic on uneven teams! With regards to: 1. I'd say shuffle is at the discretion of level 15+ admins that have been entrusted with it. Thats not to say that level 11 to 14 can't recommend or ask for it but usually at level 15, they have enough experience and time as an admin to know when its suitable. Autoshuffle is implemented, i assume, to sort out unfair teams if it so happens that no admin with !shuffle is around. 2. I'd pick neither. There should be an option saying. "Shuffle is needed occasionally". I wouldn't rule it out completely but at the same time i wouldnt recommend resorting to it all the time and i wouldnt make it a habit using it because its the easy way to go. It can easily upset players. Asking first should be instinct. From my experience, I'd only recommend using shuffle if the teams are incredibly uneven (eg. 11v17) etc or if i notice that a team has a lot of high skilled players compared to the other (Admins will know who they are on their home servers ) and I can foresee it leading to a bad game or if the previous map had been dominated by a specific team. Then again, only during warmup would i use a shuffle or request one. That being said, ask first to see who responds, its a good way to see who to keep an eye on to possibly recruit as well. Also, instinctively moving the highest skilled player on the server isn't always the best way to go and it can probably upset him because it may happen to him a lot because of it. Instead, scan the map. If a team can barely get out of spawn then its probably because they are being dominated by a wave of skilled players in which case asking a couple would do the trick. If a team isn't progressing, check to see if they have engis or "good" engis aka objective players. If they don't you could possibly ask a player that you know is a good or focused objective player. Honestly, it just depends on the situation in my eyes. Do what you think is best not whats easiest.

So I'm thinking, since this is a diverse community filled with people from all over the world, I'd create another word barf of a blog revolving around travel. The following are places that I have visited around this wonderful world. The reviews are purely from personal experience. In no particular order: Sweden. This country is beautiful inside and out. The architecture is amazing with the cobble stones and yellow buildings. There are some awesome museums there and the boat ride is a must in the summer otherwise prepare to freeze in the winter. There are charming hotels located everywhere and things are walking distance, but transportation is fairly easy to navigate. The country side is beautiful. My favorite are the Falu Red style homes. Many Swedes tend to keep to themselves and their social circles most of the time. Knowing the language can help when visiting smaller towns (obvi). The food is delicious, fresh, and healthy. Sweden plays a big role in science and invention. You may have heard of the Nobel Prizes. Or dynamite and Ikea. There’s this thing called “fika”! It’s like a coffee hour, where you relax and chat over some pastries and coffee. Prepare to get fat. Financially, you’ll want to save up a great deal if you plan on visiting here. You can see the northern lights in the...northern parts. I want to visit northern Sweden sometime and attend a reindeer race. Norway. There is literally a bald border line between Norway and Sweden-no trees nothing. Otherwise it all looks the same- green forests and beautiful people. Until you get to the coast. Fjords will blow your mind. If you like seafood, you're in luck. Thailand. The rural villages I saw were life changing. Riding elephants near Chang Mai was amazing. You’ve most definitely heard about this country’s diverse selection of food. If not, you’re in for a piece of heaven when you visit. The CURRY. VEGGIES. MEAT. THE SPICES. You’ll find temples all over Thailand! Buddhism is very much prevalent here and like they say, it’s not a religion, it’s a lifestyle. I’ve heard Phuket is a place to visit. Never been. Also heard it’s fairly dirty. Can’t forget about the islands! There are many. The one I went to had resorts all along the beach as well as restaurants and bars. I may be a little biased, but California is the best state around. You’ll notice that it’s pretty diverse all around. All you need to do is follow the US 101 and you’ll see all kinds of good stuff. Or head over to Yosemite for some nature walks. Obviously you have to see San Francisco, the city by the bay. Don’t forget to hit up the beaches as you visit. Venice, Santa Monica, Carpinteria, San Diego and Santa Barbara are some great spots. When in SF, try the clam chowder. I have yet to visit sea glass beach in northern Cali. New York. There is a lot to see there. Went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and saw The Thinker and some of Van Gogh. Walked the Brooklyn Bridge. Went to the top floor of the Empire State Building. The transportation via subway is good as long as you’re paying attention. It was freezing and windy when I was there, but the sun was out so it wasn’t all that bad. Gotta visit the Statue of Liberty and Ground Zero memorial next time. The other part of NY I’ve seen is upstate. The Niagara Falls are a must see. Beware, make sure you have your passport so you can visit the Canadian side if you decide to drive there, it’s prettier. Otherwise you can walk without needing a passport. Seattle. Hip and busy city. There are some good outdoor things to do like a walk through a modern art gallery and shop the market. Don’t forget to visit the first Starbucks. I was there for a wedding and it rained LOL. Colorado has a lot to see. There's the dry desert east and the ski-town, agricultural west. One of the highlights you may have heard of, CO was one of the first to legalize marijuana. There is some great skiing here. You may have heard of Aspen, Vail, and Breckenridge. Utah. No offense to the Mormons, but they ruin it. They chose a perfect place to settle themselves long ago. They do keep the city clean and trimmed I'll have to admit. So just ignore them and their views when you visit here for world renowned snow. There are I think about 5 resorts within 45 mins of the airport. There's also national parks in the southern parts (Moab and Zion are big ones). Hawaii. Kauai is known as the Garden Island of the chain. It’s beautiful here. Again ABC stores are pretty pricey so save up folks. Jurassic Park was filmed here. Lots of beaches to snorkel and lounge at. Some are less touristy. The big island, Kona, has the volcanic parts and green parts. Be sure to buy a good tourist book that will help you find your way around these islands. ---------- Well folks, I’ve been to a few other places (Australia, London, Germany) but I was too young to remember all of the details. Check out that poll. The shuffle thing has been discussed a lot and the results will be interesting. Share your opinions in this thread. I personally dont like autoshuffle since it appears randomly and shuffles teams that can be fair already and can split up teams that are having a good teamplay. People choose axis or allies because they want this so they shouldnt get switched if its not necessary. If teams are unfair everybody will understand that its necessary to change it and accept being switched. Thats why i'd go for a democratic vote which can be stopped on abuse with !cancelvote command by any admin as usual. I also think it would be a good idea to give the shuffle command to level 12/14 admins since there are often no level 15+ admins online. Abusers will be teached/warned/degraded. Putting a good player to the losing team often helps but sometimes its just a whole team not playing good together and a shuffle is the better option.

So last Friday I noticed I couldn't view our COD servers anymore. I was busy all weekend, unable to research further until today. I found that my version is now 1.6 again. Apparently there is some exploit and Steam rolled out a patch, which rolls you back to 1.69..., thus our servers are not on the same version. Anyone else have this problem? IF so, did you do something to resolve it? Thanks! Spyder

Really? Steam rolls back to old version? Looks someone's paycheck is gonna get in trouble. Did u tried replacing your .exe with old one? That should do the work. I haven't got the patch update since i don't have steam version. @Shoes @GI-JOE can you share your old unchanged iw3mp.exe ?

Giving heads up to all the new comers and friendly reminder to old timers. In the past some players just created server for the sole purpose to get other people GUID, IP and MAC information. Then it was used on our server to steal admin level, use same GUID to get banned on other clan servers. Over the period of time, we have improved and now if your GUID gets stolen, it's only limited damage can be done on our servers. But here is the thing. They can use your GUID to play on other servers and get you in trouble big time. In those case, i wouldn't be able to do much or anything. So please be careful where you play and always have 2 installations. One for playing on trusted servers and one for playing on random ETPro servers. On the top if you need more security stick to =F|A= ETPRO servers. I will be soon done updating US based ETPRO server. That would make 3 ETPRO server - 1 obj, 2 SW based. Good luck and enjoy ETPRO mod. It's fun.

They work great together. Heres the first one I heard from them. They just make fun of people that think the moon is fake/a hologram/or hollow. kind of hilarious the way they do it. Hey borr, I just checked as well. When I click in my attachments, it lists them all with the topic it was posted in. The only way I can see it being deleted is by individually going on to the topic and deleting them manually. Problem for you is that, most of them may be in the private section which you can't access. Hopefully there is an easier way to delete them or at least now that you've mentioned it, something can be done. Edit: just remembered that you have to edit posts to delete them and it's most likely that editing period has ended. So currently no way to do so. unless I've been totally blind and missed something. I'd recommend, for now, uploading your demo to a third party site like media fire and then sharing that link with whomever it is you want to share it with. Thanks for your patience borr. Hope to see you around Edit2: The only ones that can be deleted are those that aren't specified or linked to a topic. The images above are from one of my tutorials and since tutorials were moved it must've gotten confused. Also add +set com_ignorecrash 1 to the startup line of ET as mentioned and repeated below. it makes sure the game ignores the word unsafe that gets spammed all over etconfig.cfg.. et.exe"; + set com_hunkMegs "156"; + set com_zoneMegs "128"; + set com_soundMegs "64"

They don't need to. If we get more then 3 reports for same post, it gets auto hidden. So post will be taken care off fast by automation and then staff can flag the users as Spam Bot and it would nuke the user up.

Forgot to mention added those maps. Can u please add the first 2 maps in our download section so that in future if 3rd party websites are done, someone else can use our website and download those? Thanks for the help.

I prefer a cup of bold, freshly ground coffee. No need to put any cream/milk and sugar or other things into it. For me, if it is good coffee there no need to dilute it and mask the flavor.
