    Oct 23 04' BETA 2 RELEASE: HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Wow! Ok, so here it is! There are an enormous amount of changes that have taken place in this deathmatch map. Many new custom models and some new hidden suprises as well! Hence the size of the file has grown to 12 megs! No new screenshots are being released as they would be spoilers to the changes in this map. Download the map to see the changes- sheeesh! LOL
     
    CHANGES: All new custom water texture. (I hated the original) This one I think is very cool. I'm proud of this one.
     
    New custom textures.
     
    Many new custom md3 models. I love to 3d model.
     
    New custom mixed sound files added.
     
    New atmosphere.
     
    New buildings added.
     
    New modifications to detail brushes and _gridsize to smooth out the flow.
     
    Your average "better fix this stuff".
     
    Please keep in mind that this is still a beta version of this map. So, if you see something- let me know. There are some minor scripting glitches that don't appear to be effecting anything in the map. This will be fixed later onto the next version after the Holiday.
     
    Also, can someone give me a quick 101 class on animating md3 files in ET? Like the simple rotate function. I'm in the rounds of creating ase files, but I don't have the time to impliment these files yet.

    - Windows in both Towers are bigger so Axis can stop Allies from planting Dyno. ( yes its a small pro-Axis change but i honestly
    think its good cause the Allies now Spawn really close to the Castle.)

    put the frost_comp_b4.pk3 in your Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory/etmain folder and play.
     
    If you have a ton of maps in your etmain folder its possible you cant run the map with the
    ingame "host-game" option. In this case open the console and type "/g_gametype 2"
    hit enter and then type "/map frost_comp_b4" hit enter again and check it out.

    The axis went into an ambush by the allies and the only vehicle left is the tank. So the Axis have to escort the tank into the allied base. Then the tank will blow up the main gate and the axis can destroy the generators.
    Axis have to take a mine car for access to the generator room. Take notice that only an axis engineer can ride the car.
    Allies have to prevent this all.

    Description:
    axis try to build their own nuclear weapon and they do it in a laboratory in the "alpen-festung" (alps-fortress) they had built a small atomic reactor to get some plutonium.
     
    allies have to enter the bunker areas and destroy the cooling system of the reactor core to stop the axis experiments and destroy the lab-complex. to do that, allies must hold the destroyed reactor core for about 1 or two minutes until the reactor is overheated. but the axis can repair the cooling system - and stop the overheating...

    Darji is a capture-the-flag map. It has 2 bases: One Axis and one Allied. The bases are identical, with each having 7 flags and a goal-zone. The goal-zone is a truck.
    The objective for you and your team-members is simple: Run into the enemies base, steal one of their flags and bring it all the way back home to your goal-zone.
    Place it in your goal-zone by jumping into the Truck whilst holding the flag. Your team will get 1 point for each enemy flag it places into your truck.
    It is only possible to steal one enemy flag at a time. You and your team-members cannot steal 2 or more at the same time.
    Furthermore your truck will become
    ''invisible''whenever the enemy steals one of your flags, which means you cannot score points as long as the enemy has one of your flags.
    The team which has captured the most flags, when the time limit is hit, wins the game. The game is a draw if the score is equal (0-0, 1-1 etc.) at full time.
    If a team captures all 7 flags, before the time limit is hit, the game will stop and that team becomes the winner.

    Allied intelligence recently discovered a research facility hidden in a secluded french castle called Chateau Voilegarde. They must break into the lab and steal the radar parts. Axis must hold off the attackers.
     
    Objective Data:
     
    **Allies (The Good Ol' American Boys)**
     
    - Gain Access to the Castle by Destroying the Main Entrance, Building the Assault Ramp on the East Side, and/or Destroying the Side Gate in the Basement Warehouse of the Chateau
     
    - Capture the Forward Spawn in the Castle Courtyard shed to make the assault that much easier.
     
    - Dynamite the Generator (located in the courtyard) to gain access to the research facility and to secure the Courtyard Spawn.
     
    - Disable the Electric Floor Controls to gain access to the radar part. Otherwise, anyone stepping into the radar room will get a "shocking" surprise.
     
    - Take the Radar Part and secure it to the truck outside the castle wall, near the main gate.
     
    - If constructed, dynamite the Truck Barrier, and escort that truck out of there to win the match.
     
    - Build a Command Post, located very close to the western wall on the first floor.
     
     
    **Axis (Those Jahahaa-ing Trench Coat Krauts)**
     
    - Defend the Castle's Walls by preventing the destruction of the Main Entrance, rebuilding the Side Gate if compromised, and destroying the Assault Ramp if constructed.
     
    - Defend the Forward Spawn in the Castle Courtyard shed to continue defending the castle walls.
     
    - Prevent the destruction of the generator (located in the courtyard) to keep the facility within the castle locked down and the Courtyard Spawn under Axis control (if captured, of course).
     
    - Maintain the Electric Floor Controls so the Allies can not take the Radar Part.
     
    - Don't let the Allies steal the Radar Part and take it to the truck outside the castle, near the main gate.
     
    - Disable the truck and build the truck barrier to prevent the Allies from escaping with the Radar Part.

    This map has been something I have been working on for quite a while. Originally I
    planned to release the map after I was sure it was close to perfect. This is pretty far
    from perfect. Real life, data loss, and a lack of experience has lead to the realization, that
    I'm not going to put out a perfect or even a good map until I'm the only one left playing ET.
     
    In an attempt to compromise and do something to contribute something back to ET, and in an
    attempt to not waste all those hours I took working on this map by never releasing, I've GPLed
    the whole damn thing. See COPYING.TXT and GPL.TXT for more details, but basically other people
    can change the map all they want in accordance with the license. So if the map is a good start,
    feel free to suggest changes, maybe I will implement them if I have time, maybe someone else will,
    maybe you can implement them yourself.
     
    The map is based on the idea that allies are trying to break an axis dam to flood down stream
    german industry. The allies need to use Airdropped bombs to break the damn, but the Axis have
    two powerfull antiaircraft guns preventing them from doing this. Allies need to attack from
    the bottom of the dam and dynamite both of the antiaircraft guns, then call in for air support.
    Yes, airstrikes work, it's some kind of paradox, I know.
     
    Allies have one spawn by default at the lower West of the dam. Axis have two available by default,
    one on top of the middle of the dam and another beside the East gun. If allies blow the West gun,
    Axis will lose the East gun spawn. Allies can hasten their way up the dam by building a command
    post on the western middle of the dam, this will lower drainage grates in the interior of the dam allowing
    quicker routes to the top. Allies have the option of grabbing a forward spawn flag in the middle west of the
    dam to capture the West Gun Spawn. Allies will automatically secure the West Gun Spawn by blowing the West Gun.
    Once both guns are destroyed allies have to use the radio above the Axis middle spawn to transmit the Code Words.
    The code words(documents) will spawn in the West Gun Spawn and must be run to the radio while it is enabled. Power to
    the radio can be cut or restored via a switch on the radio tower.
