  1. Hi, figured I'd drop my config. Its pretty simple, with some graphics settings turned off. I base my play entirely off skill. I don't rely on "180 keybinds" as those don't make you better. You want to be able to snap or flick to your target, your 180 bind isn't going to help you in every fight like precise aim will. Also, focus on movement. Any gun fight I engage in, I always position myself within an area I can use to my advantage or an area I can move around quickly and freely to get away. I use a low sens, with a moderate DPI. Helps me consistently land shots. Enjoy blade.cfg edit: added screenshots + I also have my killfeed in the chatbox to reduce on screen spam.

  3. hi! does someone know a good cfg where u can see the players a little easier... but the graphics i mean the textures dont look really bad ? i mean i dont need grass and really good quality just that everything isnt looking like someone vomited on the game

    .U ll need to set your own values for r_displayrefresh r_customwidth r_customheight because of rendering issues .mouse DPI = 1200 windows sensitivity = 6/11 .If your game is still too dark after you exec the autoexec file just adjust your screen gamma(on windows with your gcard settings) till u get it better but its not necessary for some poeple. .U can also set your own FPS(com_maxfps"value") i myself use 142fps/144hz displayrefresh as u can see on screenshots. .And finally for sensitivity and other mouse settings in close,medium and long range cfg files u are free to go there and set values if u want it. But those are mine and they depend on my own gameplay and ofc how fast i move my mouse on my mousepad. Feedbacks are welcome!
  8. hello i thought i put all in one post. i have some issues with my cfg. it works but id like ot add some stuff and change some settings, but i cannot get it work. so here are my questions. 1. i have all saved as etconfig.cfg (pops up autmatically, overwrote it with my stuff and saved it) - i cannot exec my autoexec.cfg !! (error: couldnt exec autoexec.cfg) - same with all class, spawn cfg's so what is the right way? etconfig, autoexec.cfg? how to? 2. spawn script, made a cfg file and wanted to exec in main cfg, didnt work. ideas ? 3. class script, same here, made separate cfgs for each class and exec via main cfg or via teamtoggle, they dont load ideas? 4. gamma switch. really nice have cus usually i play very bright, but sometimes its needed darker. but its not working, have it in my main cfg but i got this error: set DeviceGammaRamp failed thanks for your help on this =) cheers Saskia

Hi all i have a bit of a problem my cfg file that i saved from my last ET install does not work i have it set example: my prone and crouch in my cfg is set for Q and E i have also changed it in game from X and C to Q and E but it always go to default also my cursor color and size always goes default been playing this game since it was released and before with RTCW thought i new it all but obviously something changed in cfg setup also my draw gun drives me nuts seeing the gun taking up half the screen always goes default i have changed all these in game options but still goes to default is there something i`m not doing or is something changed ?

Past 2-3 weeks i m getting too much lag spikes and ping going up to 350. my normal ping is between 225-275 but now adays its really high and sudden lag spikes and lag fps changing... is there anything i have to change in my cfg which will help???     Been playing wolfet for years. Ran the SMP server way back (home to 999 clan). Got BF and COD and I hardly play it because Wolfet is the shit hands down It's hard to find some good servers these days so I appreciate that I can rely on a couple good ones here. I know there's lots of people with competition scripts etc and those who could use em due to high pings etc. Figured I would share mine. This script is similar to the one posted by me for JAY2 & JAY3 but contains all the NQ Extra vsays. This cfg works on NQ1 & NQ2 servers. I've named it as "nqvsay.cfg", but you can name it as per your convenience. Just place the cfg in you ETMAIN folder and execute it by invoking the console in game using the "~" key. In this cfg i have assigned "D" for scrolling/display and "F" for executing. Again you can change them as per your comfort. I am open to any changes, but for actual use I prefer keeping anything that can help gameplay, for example: cg_wolfparticles "0" // can make it harder to distinguish between artillery and other types of explosions.
