Hola, everybody! I'm having some troubles when i want to write something on the main, team, or fireteam chat, and also in the console. The thing is that when i try to write specific characters, like symbols, exclamation or question symbols, etc... they seem to be messed up, and it becomes so difficult to write correctly. Either commands in console, or chatting with other players. After a few minutes gaming, it goes messy, and the only thing i can do is reboot ET if i want it to get working normally. For example, "?" and "_" are replaced by each other. When i press "?", it appears "_". And viceverse. Shana has been gently trying to help me to solve and check either in ET and in Windows, and we think that it is surely a problem related with ET language, and my Windows system language, but we didnt find any further clue or solution. I am spanish, so my systm language is set in spanish. In fact, i've set my system language to english, at the time i was writing this topic, and the same messy thing showed up here. Same keys are messed, as it happens in ET. When i set it back to spanish, all works normally in Windows. Does anyone have any advice or toughts about what's happening, and more important... how to solve this annyoing thing? Thanks in advance. Greetz, AcK -
Hallo peeps! I have been working entirely too much as of late, and then when I sat down to enjoy a bit of my holy and most sacred Wolfenstein ET, I find that my client, upon reaching the main screen, goes all stuttery and my mouse freezes for long laggy periods (unplayable, can't even click things consistently) and I have to alt+tab and shut it down. I miss the =F|A=MILY! Can anyone offer wisdom? Signed, A grateful-in-advance absence of degrees in Kelvin.

Hi there guys, Do anyone of u knows how to make a !fart command? for example !Fart [player's name] {and then on the echo side it shows [player's name] HAS Farted !} Server is powered by jaymod so can u please specify me the enhanced command code for this? Its like an example of !crybaby command where you type !cry [Player's name] but then i dont find the crybaby command on enhanced_commands file.. Solutions & Answers will be appreciated !

Hello there, its me once again after long time heh, I have a problem and its a command based on my server's enh_command.db and its called !rules command which created it by myself, So this !rules will show rules of the server on the left side of the screen(echo section) whenever u execute but it is shown Public, everyone can see it when u execute the command but how am i supposed to make it appropriately private? I've got too many problems i think with my ET program I installed a long time ago a normal version , then a pack (don't remember where i found it, perhaps FA as there is all FA Server) To launch ET i click on a icone desktop, i can see the link as it's not the normal way : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Crossfire.nu\ET Pack\ET\" Don't know if this or not the reason but this is what happen : - Shoot alone (i don't touch the mouse and it's making fire himself) Very cool when u are a cover ops to be silent - Continue to change weapon or stay on it without doing something (specially if i roll the mouse to change weapon) - Sometimes if i want to change mod (from NQ to silent for exemple) i become (ETplayer) Even if i select my profile - Cannot load the view more than 800*600 (strange as i've got a 17" and my desktop is in 1600*900 actually Before to reset all i would like to know if you are aware of this pblem ? Ps : i forgot to say but i used pk3 cleaner before to be sure and bought a new mouse I'm on a laptop running Windows Seven X86 By the way do you have a tuto : how to reinstall ET and keep your xp and cfg step by step ? As many of you have noticed (or for those who have recently donated have noticed) that the payment confirmation haven't gone through as fast as they used to. Hi guys! So i have tried to join you guys but the problem is that you want my GUID, and i cant get it. When i open ET i press ~ but nothing happens. I have tried other variations too.. :/ So is there anyway a admin or someone who could check my GUID today in game? Or is there any other way i could get it? Thank you for your help!

I'm a computer illiterate so please bear with me. So there were some hackers this morning and I tried to demo it. But my console wont open. I've never tried using it but I already enabled my console in single player and multiplayer but it still won't open when I press "~". So I went to the Library> Application Support> COD4> Player > Username > and changed the key toggleconsole in config_mp.cfg and config.cfg into DELETE key first. But still nothing happpened. Then I changed it into "0" but the console still won't open. What did i do wrong? or did I miss something?? Please help? rawr!

i had taken a screenshot today from silent servers .. i had 51 kills and 4 deaths ... wanted to upload it in kotm ,,,, but strangely , i cant findthe pict in the silent folder 's screenshots folder .... any ideas?

Hey Everyone! My Girlfriend and I are having a bit of a connection error we beleive. She has been playing on my guy on and off for that past month because she is wanting to get into the game. Well, tonight she decided that it was time to make her own character to play W:ET. I transfered my entire W:ET folder over to hers and she also downloaded a couple different patches. However, after she made her charter and then tried to log into the FA Recruitment server she recieved an error message. *IP CONFIGURATION CONFLICTION #0000* So, I asked in game if anyone could help me and I did get some help, but we are still having an issue. The first few attempts we tried to connect through her phone. Using the "Hotspot" internet on that phone. It is a Palmpree and its through verizon. We then put her online through an Eternet cable hooked up directly to the router. The same error message came up. If anyone has any advice on how we can get this figured out, it would be much appreciated. Thank you

Hey, I have seen many times on F|A 2 when someone connects to server, i see in console "Acking disconnected download mode". Could anyone explain it to me? and what is the reason of it?
