All the good players I have seen usually revive, when they can and when it makes sense. And again, I repeat, if you hear someone calling 'I need a medic' all the time, even when he doesn't really need to be revived, it's generally a beginner.

You talk about team play and winning the game, well, realizing that you can also selfkill, and that sometimes you could be less important for the team than some 'rambo medic', that is real team play.

If you are an engineer who needs to defuse then it's understandable if you complain when not revived, same if you have a full spawntime or you are far from the flag but you are defending an important spot.

In general you should try to be more tolerant, and remember that you can make mistakes too.

Anyway, if you play in FA servers, all the obvious cheaters are banned instantly by admins, and semi-obvious (but obvious to trained eyes) as well.
Less obvious ones are checked, then banned later when proof is found.

So what is left is clean players, and a couple of cheaters who are impossible to tell apart from good players, so if you lose against them you would still lose against a good, 'clean', player.
