LazyHippo Posted July 21, 2023 Posted July 21, 2023 Annihilation (2018) Even though there has been enough apocalypse movies in the last years maybe this one is the one that makes you navigate into yourself and allow you to see some sort of the causes of which could be the actual outcome: destructive behavior that leads to the destruction or annihilation of the human race, thinking in the characters background history and the relationship between them and the effects of the primal event, which I think its a sci-fi but leaves you that taste in your mouth that could actually happen. Not the best Natalie Portman's film but she does alright. And for the sake of the original plot I give it 8/10 3 Quote
XeRoiX Posted July 23, 2023 Posted July 23, 2023 Never saw this one 'till yesterday. I dig it! Horror/Sci fi monster movie. Worth checking out if you are into such styles. 2 Quote

tEst453 Posted August 5, 2023 Posted August 5, 2023 you mean the Billy Butcher "The boys"?! If so, than its pretty brutal moreover the language... no child-friendly dialogs. 18 minutes ago, nAbish said: Was actually a TV show called “The Boys” if you like Marvel or DC, this series is actually pretty good! Can't say Marvel or DC is quite child friendly anyways. 1 1 Quote
