TRACKBASE: NEW GAME TRACKER

Today' date=' a new tracker called TrackBase was opened.

The tracker is running on a very powerfull machine, to provide a smooth system with minimum bugs.

So what's actually new on this tracker? Many bugs have been fixed, and many new features are added.

 

Here are some of the highlights:

 

* Rating will drop after a longer amount of time, so you don't have to play everyday (3 days)

* You can now set your own flag! You don't have to do it through the clan anymore

* More space for reserved names, buddies & favorite servers

* More clanflags possible, example: co-leader! Also, the leader can't be set away anymore! (Your clan can't be stolen)

* Your clanpage will be easier to modify

* Extended server information: you can now see when the next map starts.

 

Not only this, but more is new, and more will be added in the future!

Currently, only ET is supported yet, but in the future more games will be added to the tracker.

We will try to give maximum support, and if you got feedback you can post in on the forums, we'll look at it!

Hello , yeah there is already some clans who joined just waiting to see =F|A= there.

If you guys can talk on server or at least put something which talk about trackbase it would be great !

No offence, but it's not just a rating system

 

Also, without the rate players, the game will die sooner and sooner, it's all to extend lifetime

I would be happy, to see servers getting blacklisted who allow:

 

1. XP whoring at spawn.

2. Cheat servers where there are cheat scans.

3. Malformed XP rating system where admins give higher XP so players can rate and server are made to give more XP rather then normal which increases PPM.

 

If server is not running any cheat scans and if they are able to rate, then it's no point for unfair rating.

 

Just asking for balance rating system, rather then cheat raters who just camp and get rating by throwing ammo packs or using flamers.

 

Also, allow only 1 clan page per person/clan or it would be unfair to other clans.

hey,i saw somebody get rate on fa no quarter 2.55!without pb?will check again but if you can rate on non pb servers that would be gay

That's for those clans, I assume, who are actively banning people for cheaters and we have to take PB off because of 9014 kicks and once it's fixed we will be back on with PB.

 

It will also count sessions on jay 2, since we randomly turn on PB and ban cheaters.

 

Once EB fixes there shit, we will again enable PB on NQ and Jay2 for good.

On other non-pb servers there are no guarentees for this.

Xp whorers (abusive) staying at spawn or other places should be disabled , the way it was on SL a moment.

But this time there will not be sl admins to say no , no we dont disable.

 

The thing only 1 page per person or clan is already in use .

 

And for the rest it should be fixed soon , Paul just need some time !

You have to play with the name on a server tracked by trackbase before you can reserve the name you want m8.

First week after launch (up to 17-10-2010) the 5 hours rule won't count to let people easily migrate

 

Also, about the "Can't reserve name" - yes, I suppose you weren't playing on a server tracked by the system.

Although, you can easily add servers in the system
