Just wanted to share my stupidity with you guys.

I tried to shoulder press 35 kilo dumbbells,almost got them into position but then i lost control.

I can press 30 kilo ones for 10 reps so i thought i could handle this,nope big mistake.

Result was a broken boke on my left wrist on the ulna side,its a small bone.

First time in my life breaking a bone or wearing a cast.

At least no surgery is needed unless they decide otherwise in about 10 days that i get rechecked.

 

That stupid cast doesnt allow my pinky finger to reach the sprint button,so i play like a moron now...

Have you tried attaching something to the cast so you only need to turn your hand a little so you push shift? Like an extra finger that cant be moved

Yeah i didnt expect to do so good either but it was because of the map.on more open maps i did pretty bad.

I havent attempted to drive but i most likely cant.

I mean its always possible to drive greek style,on one hand a cigarrete,on the other a frappe and talking on the phone on the handsfree  

i just dont have the experience drving like the typical greek.

Got new xrays today,nothing has changed.I dont know if something should have changed though.

 

Im starting to get worried. Fingers crossed for tomorrows visit to the hospital.

 

This picture shows an ulnar styloid fracture,but as you can see its still very closed to where it should be

 

 

Mine has moved quite a bit and also turned to the side. really quick edit on the same picture showing my case

Doctor said that the fracture doesnt look fresh and that it happened at least two or three years ago.

Apparently i might have broken this bone and not even notice it

So the source of my pain could possibly be from triangular fibrocartilage complex (tfcc) damage.

He has told me to get an mri that will possibly show it.
