I saw in your Contact Us message that you had donated via a Credit card and not with Paypal. Those Long Numbers come with the payment receipts from PayPal. It looks like Credit Card donators are given an FA-generated Transacion Numbers of 4 digits. The software here that adds donation amounts to each of our donation records is not trusted, so they have to be manually confirmed and added to our profiles. Only a very few FA admins can do that. VIP donations & subscriptions should be automatic, too, but sometimes there are glitches. Donations and VIP levels will not appear instantly. People should give them a few days to appear. I don't think that FA wants to pay for the cost of software to give faster responses. Sadly, we have 2 addons - i.e. one for donations and another from store (VIP and Credit Card Processing through Stripe Payment Gateway). Donation addons doesn't know what's happening in Store. So I suggest, doing donation through Store if required and in year, just tell me total amount - i will add it up all together in your profile. Now VIP is something I can't convert i.e. if you get VIP, it doesn't count towards donation because it comes with additional benefits and if I convert, books will show your 15$ twice i.e. 30$. Plan to get back starting today, regular donations. I know many Moons ago I played on our Tournament server, at Battlefield Europe, rtcw, and I was so broke I could barely keep the dsl going. So, I always swore, once I could, to make regular donations, because I know sometimes people playing can't. But, the more peeps online, the better it is, whether they can pay, or not.
