Start writing or drawing pictures, then you can follow your progress and state of mind. Medicines has their powers but those are measured very large population and not necessary work same way for person level. But only way to follow is to make daily notes, those help you and your doctor to follow and diagnose more accurate. I hope all best for you

Thats connection issue. You can connect directly to server (jay1) by just doing -> 135.148.137.185:27960 but it's more looks like you have local connection problem (wifi,router,provider etc...). Try other servers to see if that is same issue. Seems at that screenshot you have servers ping 100 and 1, that looks pretty odd and that tell at you have some connection problems. -

RTCW -> 2001 ET -> 2003 (beta multiplay and single play 2002) Demo play is funny cause depends on mod and pretty huge server based pk3 files and map loads on my directory (11Gb no demofiles included)
