Lt Steiner Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 Entertaining movie, but a terrible adaptation that miserably fails at entertaining the main topos of the novel, that of alienation. Due to changes to the plot even the title doesn't make sense anymore. It would have been better as an original story that only took inspirations from "Im Westen nichts Neues". Read the novel by Heinz Strunk a couple of years ago. Close adaptation, human abyss in its most shocking form. 1 Quote

Dimo4ka Posted January 31, 2023 Posted January 31, 2023 I know the movie is quite old, but yesterday I decided to rewatch it. Refresh the memory so to speak and the film is just great! Who has not watched, loses a lot, I think it's a classic! 😜😇😅 1 Quote
Lusciousdrunk Posted February 7, 2023 Posted February 7, 2023 Been sick AF here for a few days now. Taking the down time to show my wife some Arnold movies that she’s never seen before. 1 1 1 Quote
LazyHippo Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 The Viking Wolf, a modern and Norwegian movie trying to make the "Wolf" remake by Jack Nicholson back in 1994, and maybe some others. Its kinda good, at least entertaining to watch, I give it a 6/10 Quote
