Three pages of congrats... mmph, this is what he really deserves to hear...

You're one of the most eager, helpful, and motivated members I've seen- and you take initiative and spearhead projects like none other. At the same time, you manage to be friendly and outgoing- and that can be a very difficult balance to achieve while working hard, but you never falter.

 

Keep it up.

Yeah, I disappeared for two days when I was promoted to Staff. I spent my time going, "hmmm, hmmm, hmmm, ah ha!", and sometimes "WTF?" :)
