Format - 

Add Map -> Map name  + URL to download the map - if not in our download section, upload and share URL.
Remove map -> Map name

 

Can provide multiple add/remove maps in same post.

We just had a 10v10 on Baserace 15 minutes ago. Anywho, removing adren for that map wasn't my decision but a group decision by the jay2 admins and DD. The meta for that map would just be to get the medic building to full and whichever team got that first would win because of the adrenaline recharge rate. I'd personally like to see the map gone because I'm pretty fed up of baserace at this point.

I'd say just use !splat when you hear the objective taken before 5 mins, it's either that or have the map ruined. DD is the only one who can add antirush so maybe send him a PM?

Only way you can do that is if you have both guns enabled at once like Jay3 but that was on the server for a week and everyone hated it, myself include 😛.

Yep, and have splatted ppl, but that's pretty much my point. stopping what I'm doing to manage someone else I'd like to avoid. good advice messaging DD. thanks

That is surprising?. Why would anyone hate that? The first clan I was in, you had both. 30 rds of Thompson and then it would switch to 30 rds of FG42 if you were Allies, FG42 first if you were Axis. Maybe the difference was just one magazine per weapon instead of 120 rds per gun to start with? Personally,  I'd take Thompson over FG42 every time. Just something about that gun - maybe as simple as the sound it makes - that seems to improve my hits/aim/headshots

I let players take objective before 5 Minutes on maps that It's not Final Objective(Map ending).

That is the rule.  Don't !splat on baserace for taking objective.

That would be fine and dandy if it was possible to prevent the truck from being escorted after an allied player has captured the objective in much less than 5 minutes. The only way I could see this happening is if an admin went spec and just splatted every allied that got near the truck. That's just daft.

 

What you've got to appreciate is no engi would waste their time going to build the truck barrier while the tank is making progress towards the doors and it's so easy for an allied to sneak past axis and complete the obj in less than a minute. From there it's, what, 30 seconds to escort the truck? 

Splatting a player if they pick up the docs is easier and an admin wouldn't have to go spec to deal with people that love ruining maps.

i say no too mp40 or thompson .. we tried this .. it makes soldier way to powerful.. as a soldier u can now wield 2 heavy weapons at once making it stupid.. dumbing down et. makes medics  overpowered too cuz now u can have 60 smg  bullets ready to fire.

 

if ur gonna do anything with baserace just .. take it off rotation. plz .lol

 

as for  school  had convo about it last night on jay2 .   we arnt supposed to do last objective in first five mins. i get the whole u still gotta escort truck but it makes it way to easy for allies and that maps already to easy for allies.

if we could lock the door  and make it so they cant trick jump thru windows.  it be nice.. or just replace it with a map u cant rush on.    it really baffles me how players think they gotta win everymap.. ur not gonna .. ever.alot a guys scream teams when the scores arnt even 100 apart .. it gets annoying sometimes..   nice too see u el!......😛

Honestly, I think most of us would be OK if School was replaced for awhile

I like the map and unless there is a tech challenge, i think the solution is adding anti-rush setting it to 5 min on the docs. problem solved.

Snatch I agree but School is a trick jump if the tanks not used. The mapper locked the doors to covert for a reason etc..

 

He didnt mean splat on base ;)  But that would be hilarious lol

My vote would go to Oasis. I really like that map but i don't know wich i would want to replace by it. But i would want to play oasis. It's been a while i think
