Cit0 Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 I'm a hobbit so I smoke 🚬 Have tried to quit, but have had no full want to. I literally enjoy smoking tobbaco, I think it's possible I could stop if I didn't actually enjoy it So to those of you out there that have the will power and the want to, Cheers to you!!! 🚭 1 Quote

Well, that's true, quitting is easy. I've done it many times. 5 months since my last smoke, btw. Congratulations to all quitters out there, it's hard. Specially when people around us still smoke. It's a great achievement, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. A great piece of advice from an unexpected place: 1 Quote

SOJA Posted July 24, 2018 Posted July 24, 2018 This is a little late but I see that u succeeded and want to say good for you man! I have quit 5 times so far haha. Need to do it again and for good this time as I'm approaching 40 years old. For those still looking at this post for pointers, I usually cut down each couple of days. 10 10, 8 8, 6 6 and down to 2 cigs in one day. From there as u smoke it gets to taste really nasty as u start to despise it and get angry at cigarettes. Anger helps and the real desire, REAL desire to stop. Good luck to everyone else in this position and I'm gonna start my journey soon 😁✌️ 2 Quote
