I'm a hobbit so I smoke 🚬

Have tried to quit, but have had no full want to.  I literally enjoy smoking tobbaco, I think it's possible I could stop if I didn't actually enjoy it

So to those of you out there that have the will power and the want to, Cheers to you!!!  🚭  :cheers  :thumbsup

My dad quit smoking for more than a year now, he is now much better, proud of him and I will do my best to not even touch this stuff! Hate it..

Just be healthy, trust me it is more satisfying.

Greatest piece of advice to somebody who does smoke?

The whole world will tell you how hard it is to quit smoking. the truth is it's very easy. Just stop doing it.

Well, that's true, quitting is easy. I've done it many times.

5 months since my last smoke, btw. Congratulations to all quitters out there, it's hard. Specially when people around us still smoke.

It's a great achievement, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

A great piece of advice from an unexpected place:

It just so happens that I use a quit smoking app on my phone that tracks all sorts of interesting details.

I have saved $10823.81

Not smoked 22549 cigarettes

14986818 people have died smoking related deaths

Since I quit smoking.

My blood circulation has returned to that of a never smoker

My lung health is 35% improved

My risk of heart disease  has reduced to that of a non smoker.

My energy levels are through the roof. I have stamina to last all day.

and no longer flaccid...

Just kidding, what you have done is amazing. It has been proven that nicotine is as addictive as heroin and cocaine, which is hard to fathom. keep going!

This is a little late but I see that u succeeded and want to say good for you man! I have quit 5 times so far haha. Need to do it again and for good this time as I'm approaching 40 years old. For those still looking at this post for pointers, I usually cut down each couple of days. 10 10, 8 8, 6 6 and down to 2 cigs in one day. From there as u smoke it gets to taste really nasty as u start to despise it and get angry at cigarettes. Anger helps and the real desire, REAL desire to stop. Good luck to everyone else in this position and I'm gonna start my journey soon 😁✌️
