While respect is a great thing and should always be used, it's a terrible lesson to teach kids to respect all authority all of the time.

 

You shouldn't respect based on authority, but based on those that show you respect in turn.

 

 

 

 

With all due respect, don't let the handful of bad apples spoil the bunch. Yes, we all know that there are a**h**** cops and the such, but we are only seeing one side of this story. I was raised to respect anyone in authority, regardless of how much of a **** they are or anything the like. And I've found that if you show respect, respect is shown back. Imagine this: If you were placed in a position in which you had to supervise God knows how many smartass kids, you would most definitely react in the same way as the officer. Im not saying what he said or did is correct, but most likely he has to put up with this shit everyday during the week. I know that, as a firefighter, we go on bullshit runs all the time and they get quite annoying, and we start dealing with them in a different manner. As i said before, if your looking for sympathy, you will get none from me.

 

P.S. You can always tell when a politician is lying when his/her lips are moving. I cant stand politics. Politics (Poly=many, tics=bloodsucking parasites)

Being a **** gets you nowhere. If, in the unlikely case, you weren't being a **** then you need to learn to pick your fights. Going toe-to-toe with a police officer at 13 won't work in your favour... ever. You might get some enjoyment out of it, a rush of excitement, but ultimately you're screwing yourself over in the long run.

Aside from my initial reaction, and response, I'll hopefully be able to conjure up something together in the form of a useful post.

 

@ Golden, I didn't know what your intention behind this post was, and it also doesn't belong in the NEWS section of the forum. This section is reserved for relevant news related to the world, servers, forum, etc.. Keep this in mind for next time.

 

After reading through the posts, and seeing your initial reaction to the first response, it appears clear to me that your intention was to spend your time suspended rallying support on a gaming forum for your cause.

 

You couldn't have been more wrong. School, and excelling in every subject taught, is more important than you'll ever know. I mean really, you spelled the word "until" incorrectly FFS. It looks obvious that you're not paying attention for one reason or another. And right now, you're headed down a dangerous road. I urge you to correct your behavior immediately. If you continue these charades of bullshit in school, you're not going to like where your life ends up.

 

It's a hard world out there now, and I know people with college degrees from accredited institutions and colleges, who can't find a job in their chosen profession. Imagine how much harder life will be continuing this behavior, always in trouble, dropping out of school, becoming a loser. Yeah.. it happens every day. I'm sure you don't want to end up being a loser, and now is the time to fix it.

 

So unless you want me yelling at you while you're at work, screaming into the f***ing speaker that I specifically told you I don't want any f***ing pickles on my burger, you'll work a little harder in school to do better than all of your classmates, and graduate with honors.
