It's sad and lame that people do it often, some even on a daily basis. Lately, I've come to notice that usually males who haven't yet been in a relationship have somewhat immature attitude towards women, and even more immature attitude when it comes to sex. I believe (or at least hope) that this kind of people is a small minority, although unfortunately a noticable one. It takes relatively few jerks (compared to whole male population) to negatively impact all males.
Since it's not really meant for players to mess with the game files (outside of creating mods of course) for the sake of creating an advantage isn't allowed. Proving that somebody is using altered game client is another matter.
Sands of time seems to be really unpopular by server population. I'm not sure what map to use as a replacement, but server population went from about 35-40 on fueldump to 25 when Sands came on. MLB Carnage Canyon seems like a nice suggestion from what I've seen, we had it once on Jay1 long time ago.
Just caught my eye, looks tasty. Are the tomatoes regular size or cherry ones (small tomatoes)? Also is cilantro parsley, if I recognized it correctly from the picture?
Just the title itself is ruining the credibility of the article. The website itself doesn't look credible at all. That would be a fairly nice discovery by iteslf if proven true, no need to mix in Atlantis and mythology stuff to make it even more spectacular.
Recently I have come across the opinion that mankind would be too lazy (or afraid) to rewrite it's history even if we would come across solid (incontrovertible) evidence that would expand/change our history. I'm not sure where is that idea coming from? Since when we are afraid of changing our history, especially on a neutral area like this? I'd still like to believe despite all the bias and self-serving there would be a decent number of scientists and historians hell-bent on getting the truth out.
That's a bold statement. If I remember right, someone tried (and succeded?) in adding internet access as a basic human right. That was some time ago tho, not really sure about it. Either way both of this feats are hard to pull off.
Frankly, I'm unsure. I guess I percieve it as a some sort of a threat, regardless of can I respond to the threat on equal terms or not. It's not that an officer would pull a gun on you for no reason, law enforcement shouldn't cause fear in law abiding citizens.
I believe in more or less every country you can obtain a license to carry a gun, the legal procedure and limitations to allowed gun specifications is what varies I suppose, and I have the feeling people from US seem to practice that right more than EU people. I'm not sure why is there such a difference in opinion when it comes to gun control and bearing firearms between Europe and US. Somehow I doubt US is much more dangerous than Europe that it should warrant using firearms for personal safety. Personally, I would find it a burden carrying a weapon around. I feel uncomfortable around armed personnel, even the police.
LucasArts made some really nice games. From X-wing series that I loved, Monkey Island series, Grim Fandango, KOTOR, Rogue Squadron, Battlefront and Star Wars games in general. For me, it's kind of a shame.
I'd say that kind of ads are targeted to people who will buy it just beacause it seems fancy or whatnot, and they don't actually need it. When you know what do you need and you have to buy it you know what the thing does. Also, when the package is larger than it should be to fit the product you are buying is it considered a scam? You are buying chips by weight and water by volume, so if there's the declared quantity of the sold good in an oversized container it should be fine. If there is less then it's a scam. You might say that oversized containers/bags give wrong impression of sold quantity but oversizing containers costs more money too.
About the safety instructions, I personally have mixed feelings about them. Some are useful as some stuff may not be obvious to everyone (when it comes to toasters, I used a toaster sideways and left a schorch mark on my table as I wasn't expecting the casing to be so hot to actually burn the table) and yet others are clearly just a way to avoid legal issues.
