Hi everyone it's that time again HALLOWEEN!!!.  As my tradition every year around Halloween, I would watch good horror films, Classics, and some of the new ones. Some of you may or may not like horror films, but I have been wondering if any of you do like horror films share some of them tell us some of your most favorite horror films. I will start as I have so many favorites I will spare you with a long list so I will just list one of my favorties.  One of my most favorite horror films I would have to say would be Phantasm, and the sequels that follow the very first one, it has a rather interesting story and has a good fight between Good and Evil.

Doctor Sleep (2019) - IMDb

My favourite new-style horror movie. Mike Flanagan is a genius in my opinion.

Favorite? FFS man! Not a fair question! There are so many great movies from the horror genre its difficult to pick just one. That being said here are a few I find worthy no matter what time of the year it is. Enjoy.

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2.

House of 100 Corpses

A Nightmare On Elm Street

Candyman

The Hills Have Eyes (1977 and the remake)

Seed.

And last but not least a movie that still haunts audiences to this day.....

The Exorcist.

@Xiahou Dun I like that film too a interesting story, read the book and have the movie. Although for some reason I find it hard to follow and understand what in the world are those people that go after the ones that "shine" maybe you can shed some light on it since I cant even finish the book without falling a sleep and getting lost lmao

After watching it as a kid in the 1990s for a long time I was wondering if it was just my imagination playing a trick on me and I made up a more violent version of "The Animals of Farthing Wood" ("Als die Tiere den Wald verließen" in German) by myself, until I then later rediscovered the movie and novel sometime in the 2000s. It baffles me to this day how anyone could sign off on this as a "kids' movie".

My favorite horror movie of all time is "The Thing" in its 1982 version by John Carpenter.

Hush is an amazing piece of art and direction! These silent moments shown from the main heroine perspective, letting us immerse in the character and the fact she's deaf, simply amazing.

I saw it too young and done nightmares for 2 month after..

I remember Mirrors too haha, was not able to look at me like normal for 2 weeks, always a doubt 😄

I prefer japaneses psycho movies than splatter movies..

I should re watch my collection I don't remember the most of them :(

Resident Evil was my way to come in this world, even if it's more an action movie than horror movie for me..

I'm fond of this zombie world.
