Thanks guys, I am looking for some specific help with scripts.  It wasn't till yesterday on your server that I was told everybody uses scripts, this was something I didn't know, but suspected.  So I figured that left me at a disadvantage, which some of your members confirmed.  So I am looking for help with scripts, I don't know how to make them, but I am looking for scripts that, for instance  improve my movement like a fast side strafing script etc.  I haope I can get some help here to make my gaming on your servers more enjoyable.

Hello and welcome to the forums.

I think you mean config file. You can take a look on our tutorials and also files download for user configs. Some basics are easy to set and some takes reading what which one does.

Anyways browse through those first and here's a proper forum section for any cfg help.

Thank you, I also am an old timer, played this game back in the day when it was a very popular FPS.  Probably in the early 90's was it?  Anyway, I'm an old git now and with age comes Osteoarthritis, poor eyesight and slower reflexes etc. etc.  But I do like FPS games and ET in particular, I remember the days when there was always clans looking for a scrim.  I wasn't much good then either, lol, but I mainly ran around as a medic doing suicide heals etc,  as my shooting wasn't up to much.  Myself and a woman called Eve, formed our own clan called Free Team Players, if I remember right, but something like that.  Don't remember how long it lasted now, but I suspected that one or two of our members were cheating, so Eve got something that could prove someone cheating.  Believe it or not, every single members was using the same hack.  Of course they were all booted out, and unfortunately that was the end of the clan.

et came out in 2003  rtcws was before et.  one thing i can assure u is every member in fearless assasins .. are against cheating of anykind . we strive here for a fun clean gaming environment. eve prolly learned how to use punkbuster to catch those cheaters. was way easy back then to catch em. now not so much with humanized cheats. i started playing this game in 2003  im 45 now age does make a diff.
