MP40 or Thompson?

Correct, they are the exact same in ET.  I prefer the sound and shape of the Thompson.

I’m with Sco0fi here, I like to use the opposite weapon of the team I’m on for cover sound since it’s less alerting to the enemy.

Otherwise it’s that fun choice of “tap tap tap” or “thump thump thump” I prefer to tap dance 🕺

Thompson. I prefer cuz the sound is less aggressive to the ear

looks like we have a a good mix of opinions  i just feel like i can aim better with the mp40 but i like the sounds of thompson better

I'd go for the MP40, played for many years Axis almost exclusively so I'm very used to it. That was on classic ET 2.55 and ShrubMod, I don't remember if there was an option to make the weapons available to both teams.

I prefer mp40, but maybe people feel They are different because of the sounds they make. Having said that I do seem to have a higher acc with Thompson.

I make with the mp40 more hs and when i Play with the Thompsen i have a higher acc

but i like the mp40 more ❤️

I use the same tactics  But mostly switch to MP40...
