Hey guys, i need help with scripting in insurgency, for adding new weapons. If anyone know it i would love to learn and would love to work with them. And to all the members and non-members, if u want to help or has ideas or anything plz plz let me know or post here. Don't wait for me to ask, u can pm me saying u want to help and interested in helping , if we all work together we can make both INS and DOI server super awesome. Looking forward

Post your Insurgency screenshots for this award. Rules: 1. The screenshot should be clear and show the highest K/D ratio. 2. Obviously BOTS are allowed. 3. The one with highest K/D ratio will win at the end of the Month. 4. Make sure you include the server's name, if not, you won't be awarded. 5. It should be of whole map. I just launched the game and I can not find the list of servers in my filter there just Insurgency ... Help please

I cant connect there, I have played there earlier. I can still connect coop1 and no probs. In coop2 HC It loads nearly full (on that logo) and then screen returns on desktop.

Is tracker just for et issues? Anyway, when i was playing Hastings, the obj couldn't be destroyed even when 15/15 targets eliminated. Cheers, Neuro

I've been crashing very often (twice in less than 5 minutes today) ever since I started running this game on OSX. I've got nothing else running at the moment, so it's probably not a memory issue. The hardware is a 2015 era macbook pro, 16gb memory. Anyone else see this issue? Thinking it might be the custom map server, so I'll try the regular one and report back.

Well, I've ins for months now but I only played it once due to fps issue, they are too low and it's not funny to play a game with bad fps. But I can run Black ops 2 easily so I think I have something to fix. Heeeeeelp

Insurgency Help problems with Insurgency and possible fixes

okay so i seen lot of people are having problems with this game some are having problems even loading the game. this topic going to be for help and maybe fixes i know some of you who play the game have run in to a problem like this and have maybe fixed it your self so if you be so kind as to post in here how you fixed the problem it would be a big help for everyone as. i done some googling myself and came up with way to many fixes and problems about this game that it makes me wonder how people are even playing it vac timeout possible fix tested by Sisje <3 worked for her https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2117-ILZV-2837 so i going to leave it here for now you guys can post what you find on here to be useful and i put it on the front page happy gaming -

Last night and this morning, I joined the HC server, was on by myself. It says there are 4 insurgents, but i went through 2 maps never saw a one of them. Think there's a setting that needs to be tweaked Spyder

Last couple of days, I've noticed on some maps that I'm hearing Russian or some other crazy freaking language for all the in-game announcements. ("We've taken checkpoint Bravo" etc). I've checked my Steam settings, and they are set to English. Any idea wtf is going on? Shit's annoying. (I did briefly play on another server a few weeks ago, so maybe that is related? I know that can screw up ET)

Just giving everyone a heads up as to noted discrepancies within the servers. Primarily noted with the hardcore server: Lagging issues even with <100ms ping is becoming more prominent, especially with increased number of players. As far as a proposed solution... i'm stuck on that one. Another noted issue is what i can only describe as a light reset. the screen with fade out to black for about a second, all sound goes away and then you are glitched a few feet from where you were prior to the occurrence with objects/enemies clipping in and out for about another 2 seconds-ish until things stablize, is a repeating problem even on the same map. If any advice is out there for ways to prevent/ rectify these issues that would be appreciated and I will do my best to route them through the proper chain.

Hello, i have a problem with the Peak who is played sometimes in the darknes.. As a beginner player with no experience, i cant choose a flashlight with a sniper gun. This way you can not see bots or players in the dark like a beginner. Have someone else this problem too ? i playerd this map now 2 times, but i cant choose a flashlight as a beginner. or you must with 1 point only choose the flashlight.. thats so annoying.. greetz Rolan,

Apparently Steam rolled out a patch today, and I can't join any of the servers as they are on 2509 and I'm now on 2511. I imagine I won't be the only one with this problem. Just an fYI Spyder

Not sure if this is the server messing up, but man I just wanna play some insurgency. It kicks me out and I copied this from console. What do I do?

Not sure why, last time was around 13:00 CST today when Buhriz checkpoint was voted. 3 people on at the time. After the server started changing levels, it hung for me on the server changing maps screen, and after a few minutes (and a force kill from the console) the server stopped appearing on my favorites tab. I've seen this happen a few times already.

Another player just pointed this out earlier: the compass displayed by the server doesn't correspond to the game compass (see attached file). It shows a completely different direction, in this case northeast instead of southwest. Anyone else having this issue?

Here a tutorial how to fix the following error: Error message: There are many points you can try posted in this article on steam link The issue was fixed for me by the following: 1.) Exit steam (kill the process in the background) 2.) Run repair command: - open command prompt - execute "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair" After that you should see a message: Steam Client Service "C:\Program Files (x68)\Steam" repair completed. You might need to reboot your computer. This should do the trick. Enjoy -
