It's snow like hell up here  took this pic from my living room the wind has started.

 

I was going to warn you about the four feet of snow ++ expected for the Tahoe region today...but I went too zzz early...

How cold is it to you? We have to-17 degrees cold. But should soon go up to 12 degrees.

The icicles in his pic says that it is probably less than 0 C.  They also imply that he had melting and refreezing.
