I have converted some timezones here are the actual time.

 

INDIA : 4:30 PM

USA (New York) : 7:00 PM

UK : noon

Australia (CDT) : 9:30 AM

Germany/France : 1:00 AM

Brazil ( sao paulo) : 8:00 Pm

canada(montreal) : 7:00PM

Im really confused. France is one hour ahead of the UK. so if its noon/12pm in the UK then it will be 1pm (not 1am) in france. Which means its 7pm for me. So its in 1:40hrs from now for me. Australia is about 2 hrs ahead of me so it should be 9:30pm  not am.
