Okay so Stargate isn't very popular it seems. I was told it was unbalanced and must admit allies were stuck during the few games I've seen. Any opinion about it, from admins and regulars?

 

Other than that, I noticed that the rotation when server has less than 16 players looks a bit empty. I'd like to add small/medium maps, from the poll that would be:

 

- Karsiah TE

- Reactor final

- Paris Bastille

The problem with stargate is that nobody on allies bothers to fix the tank

Furthermore, ETL frostbite doesn't have anti-rush

Even as a medic I can't get near the tank alive lol

 

This map needs new spawn time or should be replaced cuz its unplayable for allies

Cannot be fixed atm, I need to tell dd about it... but atm only fair play and prevention from admins can prevent people from rushing... If there are too many problems regarding rush, I'll put the former Frostbite back

I'll replace it with tankbuster by the end of the week, except if I massively get positive feedback about that map... But so far almost no one I've talked to actually like it

Yes, that ETL version (adlernest and Frosbite) got only problems, and there are horrible compared with the normal version. Anyways, if you want to replace , maybe TC base (small map) could be a good replacement (or Sand of Time, old and big good map).

Any elaboration on "only problems"? The bots waypoint issue is a diagnosed problem and I'm working on fixing it, but it may be impossible for the time being.

 

TC Base is already in rotation btw... goes to show no one reads that thread.
