What are you eating right now?

May I remind the patrons of this thread that there should be substance to the posts with genuine photos of the actual food as it appears in front of you to be consumed. I am temporarily locking this thread due to the high volume of spam recently.

I have unlocked this thread so that we may try to bring some live posts regarding what we are eating.

Please try to include photos of the actual food or cuisine as it appears in front of you to be consumed, and let's please avoid trivial or frivolous posts because this is not a what did you eat / diet journal blog. We don't need to know everything that you have eaten in the entire day.

Allow me to start by sharing some home made chicken soup from scratch using left over chicken bones from a whole chicken to create the broth.

Its a pizzaoven wich heats up to 450°C.

It has a pizzastone made from volcanoearth. It is called biscotto, and the oven is called effeuno.

Try the pizza app to make a dough, it is superb, even for normal stones and ovens.

Ossobuco Milanese Style: I made the broth from scratch and added wine and parsley to the meat and vegetables. Unfortunately I didn't have veal shanks, but beef shanks work well too. Simmered for nearly 4 hours and prepared alongside gnocchi and spaghetti. Please Enjoy with me.
