et server suggestion Unmute request forum

Since we got tmute nowadays it seems fitting to get an unmute request forum where people can request to be unmuted.

I can agree with this, though they can't see the reason for the mute, so we're going to have to figure something out about that...

Tmute (timed mute) is new on the Jaymod servers, for all you other-mod-admins who already had timed-mute.

 

I have been telling the Jay-admins to use the rules that other mods have used:  don't !Tunmute any player that you yourself have not !Tmuted and that !Tmutes should be reported.

 

BTW, if we only !unmute them, then they can talk until the server next auto-!mutes them.

Tmute isn't like ban,players can continue to play.

When we use tmute players was warn 3 times so...

Them are mute for harrassment, trolling,disrespect.

I disagree, I think they have the right to appeal there punishment. There could always be a misunderstanding.

If I may add, Ofc. But as far I know, Mutes are only given with a valid reason and proof as the =F|A= rules said.

 

But I think people when there is a misunderstanding they should have the right to complain/request something.

its only a mute not a ban and generaly we no why there muted and so do they we dont mute for nothing so not sure there is a point to devoting a sectin on the fourms to it

if they realy want to contest there mute witch ive only seen like 2 or 3 times they can probly just post in the unban section or what not.you wont find that many protesting a mute on fourms imo

I think Tmute will eventually replace a lot of bans 
I mean why ban someone and let him play on other servers, while we can keep him muted and playing on our servers.
So I personally would feel for a unmute section same as unban section so they can protest against it.
it's a bit new for jaymod admins but find it a great add to our commands, and think more admins feel this way.
Rather keep players in our servers muted then banned and  going to  other servers ( unless it's cheating or someone keep trolling even Tmuted )
even recruiting is now possible to handle with Tmute, 90days mute or 90days ban, only diffirence is the player stays probably playing in F|A servers.
through not really sure how others think about this recruit quote of me since normal rule = ban 90days but it seems like a good thing to me
so therefor I like the suggestion

I agree. As long as people report in private section, that way there is feedback and confirmation that it was justified.
