Ow_my_eye Posted November 1, 2012 Share Posted November 1, 2012 You know, I was gonna bash the prequels myself and then I remembered something that caused me to tremble even more than the prospect of Disney using the prequels as their story model.... anyone remember the Star Wars Holiday Special from 1978? I'd be happier if Disney did something akin to the 1980's to early 2000's, when they had two other company names under which they produced pictures with more adult content. When I worked on Deep Rising (another steaming pile, but fair example), it was technically produced by Disney, but under the company Hollywood Pictures. I wonder, since they bought Lucasfilm, if they're considering leaving it as Lucasfilm and potentially leaving the less family-oriented violence and action intact... 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
