Sorry you're going through this, Nabish :(

I would try and get back to basics to troubleshoot:

  1. Take your rig to a friend or family member's house with a different ISP
    1. This will help ID whether it's your rig or the connection
      1. If you have same issue - it's probably your rig/setup
      2. If you don't have the issue - it's probably your NW or ISP
  2. If you find it's your rig, take it to bare bones
    1. remove any unnecessary drives, RAM sticks, video cards, etc.
    2. Go base CFG
    3. Update all drivers/or downgrade depending
    4. Make sure you're running DirectX 8.1 or higher
    5. Try running in WinXP SP2 compatibility mode
  3. If you find it's your connection, I'm limited in my NW/ISP knowledge so don't have much help to offer other than trying different modems, providers, etc.

The Google can help with how to check your DirectX version.

Anything below 12 includes anything below 8.1 so not exactly. But if you're running 12, then you're good.

Remember now, this has been a problem since I very first started back at Et 1 year 1 month and 17 days ago. I have had same isp since I got this pc. No cfg I have been sent or tried works. The current cfg I have now runs exactly how I want it to when it does run.

Still crashing constantly. 😕 Testing 1 stick of RAM at a time to see if maybe I have faulty ram.

Instead of reading through all of this.  Have you watched your vga and cpu temps?  If it's a prebuilt maybe they didn't install the cpu heatsink correctly.

Definitely try playing on someone elses isp and modem/router, like your bros place.  Can at least narrow that part of it down if you do.
