Classic, Shawshank redemption.

Scarface (1983)

 

Had the opportunity to watch the collectors edition as there was some cuted ones cause of the violence.

 

Inspired by the novel in 1930 and the first movie in 1932.

 

Its a good performance by Al Pacino, playing the Tony Montana character and goes straight to orchestrate an empire of his will from the very beginning when he saw the opportunity to score high.

 

I wasnt so familiarized with the Mariel boatlift but I think thats understandable having the fact of the economical blockade that the cubans have that leaded to this mass emigration seeking a better life.

 

This was a 'cuban refugee' and ex-convict, which his dream was to live well and have a wealthy lifestyle, and he did it by breaking the law.

 

But he had his principles of morality which makes a kind of tragic end to happen.

 

Also kinda funny the vsay at NQ1 server from this movie 😄 

 

Remembered old times, its a good movie 9/10

Lower budget horror/thriller.,

 

Was pretty good actually except the Audio Mix was horrible. Music MUCH louder than the voices so I had to play it real loud to hear people talking
