My guess would be

 

What is the signature about: Raptors and sexy ladies

The size of the signature in pixels: maximum allowed (500x150?)

The colour combination you prefer: let's take advantage of this being empty... ;)

The text you want on the signature: see above ^^

Anything signature maker should avoid: MUAHAHAHAHA

(But seriously, I will do my best to make you a proper sig once I'm done with the sh*t one, if you provide the info... and I'm not busy)
