Thats what i mean. Adjusting sensitivity throughout the game. For example, super low sens for distant fights or medium to high sens. for close up fights. :P Toggling between the two by binding it. Not a big advantage.

Yep! For example. Up until recently, I used to use 120fov/2.08sens and 90fov/1.04sens and it seemed to work pretty well. BUT it didn't come without it's disadvantages. Constantly screwing with your muscle memory being the biggest issue. It feels like I could never 100% get used to two different sensitivities. Not to mention not being able to react if another enemy pops up right in front of you while you were originally in a long distance 1v1. I switched to just using 2 sensitivity all the time regardless of whether I used 120/90fov and my accuracy is just as consistent if not better in some games.

Sens and fov have nothing to do with eachother, your periferal view hardly changes. So everyone should just get ued to using 1 sensitivity even if they use multiple fovs

Wow, I use 43 at 105 FOV and it seems small. I changed to 48 and it seemed too big

I used to be the same way! Even 40 looked MASSIVE to me. The more increments I went up the better acc I got and the more consistent I got as well. I'm sure it's just placebo, but even so I like it larger. Never have to worry about losing it from aim-punch anymore.

I suppose. It seems to me like the bigger it is, the harder to pinpoint your aim. Maybe I'm wrong

Oh it absolutely is at longer ranges, you are right. Especially if you want to take care of snipers with an smg. If you are super aggressive and mostly in close/medium range though, it works pretty well on most maps IMO.
