Wish I could aim/play that well, thats why ive beeen on HC more than silent1 in prior months. having FF on can help you become more disciplined and precise in your aiming and less reckless. You can learn a lot by watching but you can't expect immediate results. Keep practicing but try and notice what "pros" do in each situation. Ask yourself why they do this? Or do that? Why did they retreat here? Or push there? It'll give yourself a better understanding of the game. Just parctice enough until the head is the first & only thing you aim to.. I see a lot of players with high amount of kills, but when you check them you see very low acc and very low hs amount, in my eyes fragger with low in both is not fragger, just might be thief as well. Puni. Try an aim for upper body shots. Better accuracy. less chance of missing and each time you hit them you throw then off their aim. I've lost a lot of fights because I just aim for head.
