Changing between 100-110.

That depends on your screen size 

For me it's usually 120 n sometimes ranging 105-107.96

yes it is. No specific restriction on these servers. with a 37 inches size screen.

Using 105 since quite a while.

I play with 90 all the time, because i play with a 13" screen. But sometimes i use different fov's to see if my aim changes in a better way or not.
