PeruET Posted August 4, 2025 Posted August 4, 2025 You've probably never heard of this dish, but it's super delicious. It's called "papa rellena" (stuffed potato). It's a croquette (potato), with meat and egg inside, and mayonnaise on the outside (phew). What you see on the side is some onion for the dressing and tomato. I can confirm, it's true. Pizza pineapple, pasta pineapple, everything pineapple😅😅 P.S. I'm joking😅. He stayed true to his Italian traditions.
