Some delicious homemade pinsa to relax after hectic funday ?

You've probably never heard of this dish, but it's super delicious. It's called "papa rellena" (stuffed potato). It's a croquette (potato), with meat and egg inside, and mayonnaise on the outside (phew). What you see on the side is some onion for the dressing and tomato.

 

I ate it yesterday morning for breakfast :d

I visited our Jay1 friend STOKA in Rome today. Everybody on server says he puts pineapple into every dish. I can confirm, it's true. Pizza pineapple, pasta pineapple, everything pineapple😅😅

 

P.S. I'm joking😅. He stayed true to his Italian traditions. He prepared a feast for me(which I'm really thankful for)in his bistro.
