Top Sirloin ?previously marinated with Malbec red wine ? rosemary ? pepper and salt.

 

And some onions ? marinated with lemon, garlic and some maggi sauce ? ?

Picarones peruanos con miel o jarabe de cachaza paso a paso

 

 


I end up eating picarones :d
It's the most delicious sweet in all of Peru :D It's made from wheat flour.
What you see on the spoon is honey. Honestly, when I eat this, I think I'm traveling to heaven hahaha.
I hope you get to eat it someday. I highly recommend it.
