Make my own it's an American thing, toasted rye bread, use pastrami, swiss cheese slices , homemade sauerkraut and I do my own mustard dip.

1 - bowl - Fresh Bratwurst (fresh raw) 6 LBS pic. 1

2- bowl - chedar smokies (smoked and coocked) 8 LBS pic. 2 and 3

Galette des rois

 

It is filled with frangipane, a cream made from sweet almonds, butter, eggs and sugar.

A small porcelain figurine (la fève) is baked inside the cake and whoever receives the little favor is then crowned king/queen for the day.

 

I made one today.

Here's my New Year's Eve dinner: Turkey, Arabic rice, and finally noodles with mayonnaise and potato salad. Obviously accompanied by Coca-Cola.
