Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak picks Windows Phone

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak recently purchased a Nokia Lumia 900 and thus far has had nothing but a pleasant experience with the device. The folks over at aNewDomain.net caught up with “the Woz” and spoke to him about his opinion on the Windows Phone platform. “Just for looks and beauty I definitely favor the Windows Phone over Android,” he said. Wozniak called the operating system “intuitive and beautiful,” and said it makes him feel as if he is “with a friend not a tool.” He also noted that apps on the Lumia look “more beautiful than on Android or iPhone.” Despite his praise, Woz maintains that the iPhone is still his favorite smartphone. The co-founder isn’t shy about his opinions and has previously stated that in many ways Android had lept ahead of Apple and the iPhone

Well with Steve gone, it's going to be fun to see who wins the battle in future 5 yrs down the road. M$ or iOS or Android.

More to the point, forget the apple vs ms rivalry, it seems his LAST choice is Apple lol..

I would disagree, and say Android > MS > iOS but at least we share the thought that Apple is indeed on the lower end of the spectrum.

I have an apple, but am highly disappointed by it :P

I prefer the android of one of my friends over my own :D

Woz has always been first or second in a lineup, yes lineup when getting a new iDevice, he doesn't get one from Apple, he actually goes out a day or 2 and stands in a line like a regular person. I have used all 3 and Android would be the last on my list. I am bias towards WP7 but with the new iphone around the corner you never know how my opinion might change. There are so many things wrong with Android that this post would probably go on and on, but I got work to do.

My mom has an android and I have an iphone. I've used her samsung android, but I would definitely prefer the iphone. Plus with jailbreaking, you can do anything you want with it.

I've never used the windows phone, so can't say anything about it.

At the beginning when Wp7 came on the market it was ..... now let me say modest.

Somtimes i wanted throw it to a wall. Now with the latest Updates (Mango) and all the stuff like thetering and a growing marketplace its just fine, i guess i dont change it back to ios.

About Android ... I do not like Android.

I have friends that have the iPhone and I am always "one-upping" them with my Android by HTC. We had one Samsung (Intercept) and it was a piece of crap, so the phone manufacturer is a factor. Let's face it, all Apple ever does is takes existing technology, dresses in a sexy bikini, and calls it their own. A lot of people fall for it and buy their overpriced gadgets. My son wanted an iPod, but I told him we could get double the storage and more features at half the price. He is not the owerner of an iPod (I actually got him a Droid phone instead). I know you are all waiting on pins and needles for this post so I will hit the "post" button as soon as I can.
