futuRe! Posted May 15, 2015 Share Posted May 15, 2015 Recently I read a book - Running Galloway method. BTW. I greet all the runners The book interesting , a lot of guidance. After reading , I changed my training , I run faster at 20 km. The key is the use of marches during the run. I train for a marathon. I would recommend this for beginners and intermediate .
