Recently I read a book - Running Galloway method. 

BTW. I greet all the runners

The book interesting , a lot of guidance. After reading , I changed my training , I run faster at 20 km. The key is the use of marches during the run. I train for a marathon.

I would recommend this for beginners and intermediate .

Atm reading "A Foreign Field" by Ben Macintyre. It's about few men during the Great War (WW1), who get left behind enemy lines by the retreating allied forces and have to blend in with the french in occupied territories.
