I started this config about three years ago and have just tweaked and added to it... which I'm still in the process of doing. My F5-F8 cluster is for Vent binds.

I'm not sure what the Gun Toggle bind is doing, perhaps you could discuss its utility. I would consider reducing your m_sensitivity down from 4.65. You can reduce it under 1.00 just by typing in a lower number in the config. The in-game menu won't let you go under 1.00 but the config will. Then use m_pitch 0.08 and m_yaw 0.10 to compensate for the slowness. This will make you much more accurate. Thanks for sharing your code! [Note]
