In our state, Śląsk in Poland, we have really typical and traditional dinner, which we should eat every sunday - rolada, kluski śląskie i modra kapusta. So, rolada is a pork, wrapped over some cucumbers, bacon or sausage and onion. Kluski are potato dumplings with a small depression in the center. They are extremely delicious, I can eat them all the time :). Modra kapusta is just fresh, red cabbage.
