  1. First Custom PC ("Steela")

Well I just finished getting all the computers so I will give a description on the parts while pictures will come later after I have built the actual computer. Motherboard: MSI B350 Tomohawk AM4 Motherboard - This motherboard is a well bought must have for the budget gamer as it offers a lot of power that can be found in a reliant and powerful motherboard. link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813144018 RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) RAM - I decided to go a little lightweight on the RAM and went with 8GB of it to fulfill a middle ground with the size of memory Steela will have. In the future, I will be upgrading to 16GB but that's it. link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233938 Hard Drive (HDD): Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive - This is my preference for hard drives. I love seagate! So, I decided to go with the 2TB instead of a 1TB because a lot of storage will be filled with Steela over time as i plan to have this computer basically until I am in the middle of my college career if that. So to achieve maximum potential with storage, I went with the Seagate 2TB Hard Drive to fulfill my purpose for this computer. link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822178993 CPU (Processor): AMD Ryzen 5 1600x 6-Core 3.6 GHz Socket AM4 Central Processing Unit - At the start of building concept for Steela, I wanted this computer to have intel inside with an idea of having an i5-4690k Devil's Canyon CPU. But when I saw the Ryzen and the tests done against the i5 I could not help but buy this CPU for its power and aesthetics. (It also came with Quake: Champions for free as well ) link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113434 CPU Heatsink: Hyper 212 LED with PWM Fan, Four Direct Contact Heatpipes, Unique Fan Blade Design, Red LEDs Central Processing Unit Heatsink. - I knew from the start of this build to get something that had the hyper 212 name. I wanted to just get a more normal one to best fit my needs. But, I had some extra cash on hand to get this heatsink... for the LEDs. I mean hey, it looks cool and offers the optimal cooling needs for my Ryzen 5 1600x. link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103218 Power Supply: Corsair TX-M Series TX750 watt Power Supply - For a computer that will be a part of my gaming life for many years, I decided to not give any shortage of power to Steela. To make sure that power always stays at the best performance and optimal duration, I went with the a Corsair 750 watt Power Supply so I can upgrade other parts while still having this nice PSU at my disposal. link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139208 Graphics Card: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 DirectX 12 6GB GDDR5 RAM Graphics Card - Okay. This one took countless nights to get thanks to the rise in data mining for bitcoin. I saw almost all of the 1060 6GB graphics so overpriced it actually made me hurt with how much they were selling them. Luckily, I stumbled upon this elegant grahics card on Newegg.com for only 299.99, which at the time was much cheaper than the other models that share the same specifications as this one. With its plentiful amount of Video RAM and wonderful base clock speed, thhis GTX 1060 6GB from GIGABYTE will offer me the most power in my play offering no shortages in power. link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125903 And that's it! That is Steela. My first ever custom built computer. once I get all the parts in (The GPU), I will be very sure to share some pictures with you guys!
  2. Runescape

I tried playing the game.... It is very hard to get into but nonetheless I think it is a fun videogame that looks pleasing (At least to my tastes), and can be very rewarding to play at times. (I only know how to sell cow leather lol)
  3. New years Resolutions

Finish my computer, code in only 1 language this year, and to get better at ET lol

  5. RAM Speed for Ryzen 5 1600?

    Thank you so much!
  6. Just a little something from Disney Land from the previous summer going to national competition!
  7. Hey guys! I am currently undergoing my PC build and I just got the MSI B350 TOMAHAWK motherboard. But I was wondering something. Is there a specific RAM speed that the motherboard will allow for the Ryzen 5 1600? I wanted to get two sticks of 4 GB on each but I do not know for certain which speed I want to get for it. I was thinking of just getting 3200 MHz and call it a day. I do know I want DDR4... I am still new to this hardware stuff so any help is appreciated. <3
  8. Butters son turned 18.......Killer cake (-=

Happy birthday Butter's Son Also, I am listening to Hardwired by Metallica lol and that is a badass cake
  9. Hey all, how old r u?

15 years old getting my driver's permit in a few months I think I am second youngest. Sonofdoc in probably the youngest in this entire clan haha
  10. Favorite Star Wars Character?

My Favorite Character(s) in Canon - Yoda, Darth Maul, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Baze Malbus, Chirrut Imwe, Jyn Erso, Kit Fisto, Ki-Adi Mundi, Boba Fett, Asajj Ventress, Kanan Jarrus, Ezra Bridger, Ahsoka Tano, General Grievous, Plo Koon, Echo, Fives, etc. The list just goes on and on... My Favorite Character(s) in Legends - Kyle Katarn, Darth Revan, HK-47, Mara Jade Skywalker, Luminaya, Exar Kun, Rohm Kota, Darth Nihilus, Naga Sadow, Bastila Shan, Satele Shan, Skywalker Children, Solo Children, Meetra Surik, Darth Vitiate, X1, and finally X2.... Again with this list, I can name so many but I have decided to keep it short.... You can probably notice I love legends so much haha My Favorite Sith of all time: Darth Nihilus! He is my favorite Sith of all-time because of how badass he was. If you read up on him, he is a truly worthy Sith.... (His Picture is the one with the Red Lightsaber of course) My Favorite Jedi of all time: Kyle Katarn! I loved him so much because I would play as him in the video games: Star Wars: Dark Forces and Star Wars: Jedi Knight Jedi Outcast II. I also loved him in Star Wars: Jedi Knight Jedi Academy as your teacher, although his portrayal in Star Wars: Dark Forces II could have been WAY better, that's just me (His Picture is the one with the man with the yellow lightsaber) My ALL-TIME favorite character from Star Wars EVER: Plo Koon! I absolutely love him in the movies and his species alike. He is a total B.A. and has such finesse with his combat. I absolutely adored his portrayal in Star Wars: The Clone Wars and he continues to amaze me so much. His death was very sad for me during Order 66, but his legacy is a legend. This is a character who I have loved so much and related to. (His Picture is the alien, A Kel Dor!) So those are my favorite characters from the entire Star Wars franchise! Now I bet you can tell I am a super nerd about Star Wars, and that is very true I think I watched my first movie (Either Episode I or IV or V haha) when I was around 3 or 4 years old! So I have a lot of experience with the franchise as a whole and I am super stoked for the upcoming films! There are a lot of more things I could speak about this amazing thing in my life, but this post is only about favorite characters so I will leave it to that
  11. I did the first level, and it was not too bad! But the second level has me so confused... I think that this website is meant for intermediate programmers, unless there is a beginner's section
