Hey guys I dont know if there's football player or just people who appreciate European football. I just saw that they wanted to create a new League in Europe with English, Italian and Spanish clubs. Florentino Pérez with 12 clubs made this project. In France, and I think in all the European Union, this project is very controversial. It is highly criticized as it will be a very closed league and only accessible to rich clubs. I just want to know what do you think about this project if you heard about it ? Let me know

"Legia Warsaw must play Real Madrid in an empty stadium as punishment for fan violence and racist behavior at a Champions League match. UEFA said Thursday its disciplinary panel ordered the sanction to apply when Madrid visits the Polish Army Stadium on Nov. 2. Legia was also fined 80,000 euros ($90,000). UEFA charged Legia over incidents during a 6-0 loss to Borussia Dortmund two weeks ago. It was the Polish champion’s first home game in the group stage of the Champions League in 20 years. Fans clashed with stadium security staff, threw objects and lit fireworks, and discrimination monitors reported anti-Semitic abuse. Legia lost 2-0 at Sporting Lisbon on Tuesday and is in last place in Group F. It next plays at Madrid on Oct. 18. UEFA’s severe sanction is the latest in a series of disciplinary cases involving Legia in recent seasons. The club has previously been punished for offensive banners, including one in Arabic script displayed before a match against an Israeli opponent and one mocking UEFA as a pig hungry for money. The remaining eight teams who finish third in their respective groups will go into the play-offs. For me the worst thing in football is diving or acting to get somebody sent off. But I have to admit, that sometimes, they are funny when you watch them later because they failed to big in cheating. Here is a recent video of the African Cup 2012, I had to laugh when I saw this

The New York Giants will have 53 players on the sideline at Sunday's Super Bowl XLVI - and one wounded warrior they call their inspiration. Ever since the Giants made their stunning run to a Super Bowl XLII victory in Arizona four years ago, Army Col. Greg Gadson has served as a rallying point for the franchise. Gadson, who has served in the Army for more than 20 years, when he lost both of his legs after an improvised explosive device exploded near him in Iraq near 2007. After he returned home, then-Giants quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan, who played with Gadson on the football team at Army in the late 1980's, invited his old teammate to speak to his team before a 2007 Week 3 game against the Washington Redskins. At the time, the Giants had stumbled out of the gates, losing their first two games. At FedEx Field that day, the Giants scored a 24-17 win over the Redskins. With that, Gadson became an inspiration to the team. He served as a co-captain for the team for the NFC Championship Game in Green Bay. Two weeks later, he was on the sidelines when New York upset the 18-0 New England Patriots in the Super Bowl. He has the ring to prove it. Four years later, not only are the Giants back in the Super Bowl, they're getting set to once again play New England. Gadson was on the sidelines in San Francisco two weeks ago when New York beat the 49ers in overtime, and he'll be there again this Sunday in Indianapolis. These days, Gadson serves as the director of the U.S. Army Wounded Warrior Program, which assists and advocates for injured and ill soldiers and their families. It's a job that requires the best of him and other who support the program. But on Sunday, he says he'll be calm. so as a former resident of B'more, I was a bit down after that very very dissappointing last-minute loss.
