Well Habs (MTL Canadians) lose against everybody and then we win vs Capitals tonight wth ! Still too late for the playoffs .. almost need a big change like the maple leafs are doing .. still can't wait for the playoffs :)

Wild has been playing great hockey after coach change, i like Torchetti style too, always cheering or giving feedback to players. We won 4 straight and we made 5+ in those games, last game we lost, but we didnt play badly, Dubnyk gave super easy first goal and we wasnt able to score from our chances it was game which goalie lose to us and those can happen if opposide goalie play well and your not, we had more scoring chances and more shoot attemps. Washington game in friday show a lot what we are cabable, we did won Chicago 6-1, so we are good team, i still belive Stanley win and we have chanse to take second wild card what i wish we take it because then we would play against Pasific teams in playoffs first two round.

Was sad to hear that Rämö (CGY) will be out next 6-8 month what mean he can be out in start of next season too, it was accident but sometime i hope NHL would take bigger step to cover goalies so that kind crashes where Rämö injured could be avoid. Havent watch CGY games after Rämö injury because i am super busy now, but watched game hightlights and follow they site, look like Rämö injured take rest of playoff chances away from Calgary when he injured, if u check goalie stats from CGY you can cleary see how important Rämö was to team, rest of goalies have 88% save percante and over 3 GA rate when Rämö posted good stats, he was able to save 92% of pucks almost 3 month, before Calgary game dropp again just before Rämö injury, in afterwards it has been fun to laugh on Coach choise to dropp Rämö in AHL in start of season when he has been team second best player rest of season (behind Gaudreau)

Rämö injury mean too that i have only one playing goalie in my fantasy team, i will not take new goalie for Rämö spot because i dont need, my overall goalie played games are over 80 already. Plus i have Saros in AHL and Bäckström in AHL also and i can take those if they will get games.

Trade Deadline is near, i was planning to do final Goalie trade prediction before Trade Deadline, but i has been so über busy that i just havent had time to make any NHL stuff except that my own Fantasy league game. Will make somekind EU/AHL goalie news and trade prediction for goalies for next summer in some time of next month!

But i think Calgary might try find new goalie, maybe Pavelec or Hutchinson from WPG, one of those goalies are probably available when Hellebuychk show that he is cabable to NHL lvl. I think Toronto try get Elliott, but in summer. Howard can be traded too, Raanta also, Colorado can surprise and take goalie, Varlamov havent been enought good lately. Let see. Will be interesting trade deadline, even that i think it will most quiet ever.

Really like your look at hockey von rattala !

1st As i watch every hockey highlights everynight i would be confident to say that you (the wild) are in great shape to get to the playoffs and to me winning 6-1 to hawks is saying a lot about what the team can do vs a real top team (same as vs capitals).  I'll watch wold closely to the end of regular season.

2nd I am feeling bad for Ramo and CGY too, they cannot think that they will go far in the playoffs without him, maybe they will try to find one at the last minute as you say, i hope for them because they can not think that they're attack is strong enough to face 3-4-5+ goals in the playoffs, worst it is when you are in the western conference. I hope they get Pavelec for real, Varlamov as a second choice (Really think he can be good, but not under Patrick Roy's orders).

To me it will be a boring day on the deadline, Ladd will find another home.

I am not playing fantasy but i'm in a lot of pools where you choose a team by respecting the team salary limit and get points, and race. Anderson and Crosby killed me in the early season. Shame on me for picking them !

The Wild is good, but I don't think they have the team to win the Cup. I don't think they're better than any western team in the playoffs right now except for Colorado.

But hey, this is the NHL, if you make it to the playoffs...anything can happen!

I don't think that wild is a contender for the cup ether ... western conference is just too powerful .. and wow they got robbed tonight by neuvirth omg..

And Ladd go back to CHI, they never stop getting the right guys to get to the cup .. what a strong team again this year .. ready for the playoffs

I play my fantasy hockey little bit differently, let me check if i have time to post my latest update, now i am way too pissed of doing it, just got watched last night game against Flyers,i start totally get tired of Dubnyk who keep allowing those easy goals in every daam game, with Kuemper we probably would win Flyers in last night, i hope Torchetti give Kuemper play agains Washington, we had our chances to win game, but we just cant put pucks to net, and Dubnyk allowe those easy goals, Parise injury was too huge to our team, and that probably take away our last chances to go in playoffs, if we won Washington and Colorade lose they game against Detroit in Saturday and then if we won Panthers in EU time game in sunday we are tie in points, and then we play against Colorado, if we lost two or more of next coming games we our out of playoffs, and i probably not watch rest of Wild games, and start watch Florida, Columbus or Toronto if they keep Komarov, i start to be tired of GM Fletcher and Wild who keep underchiev every year. Will look out next year also, i start hope that Wild trade Koivu to Columbus or Calgary or Toronto because those are very interesting teams and probably have better chance to win Cup in future than Wild have if we not kick Fletcher who is most slowest GM of NHL, but i have to say, i like what Torchetti has bring to team, and we just need to start put pucks in the net and for that we probably need Hartnell or other trade.

I have to think if i make goalie change, my plan is that Rämö would be future starter, but he is injured now and his future in NHL is question mark, can he get starter role in next year or do he change back to KHL. I think he will get spot from NHL for sure, but u cant never know how long those kind injuries take what he have now. I have planned that Saros or Aittokallio would be my back up goalie, and would challange Rämö in future also, but for next year its probably too early, over 4 milj for back up goalie (Dubnyk) is too much (in next season), but look like i have to be stuck to Dubnyk rest of season, but if i make change it would be short time choise and i probably will let him go after i hear Rämö new team and salary. I probably will make my final decision before monday, i will not take anyone to fill Rämö spot, so if i will take new goalie i will trade Dubnyk, goalies what i think are, Anderson (Ottawa give too much goals) Kuemper, (too irregular) Elliott (injured) Gibson (ANA him i probably take if i trade Dubnyk). I am not need of big 1 number one goalie and only Anderson have big salary hit and clear number one role in his team.

For next season i have to make room in salary cap also, and thats why low salary second goalie is key to find now. Players who will increase they salary in next season are Määttä, Vatanen, Dumba, and Zucker. Dubnyk could give me 4 milj space in salary cap, Zucker i probably have let go and Dumba also, i will keep Määttä and Vatanen and Dumba is first choise before Zucker. I would like to add Bennett (CGY) to team also. I probably not trade Vanek to make room, in Wild forum he get a lot shit, but i like him more and more all the time and i was against him when we first sign him.

Latest update.

Bernier, at 21st? maybe a couple of years ago. i know that list was done in October, but he's not a quality goalie anymore. hasn't been for months. he lacks confidence and instills that on his teammates when he plays.

make him 31st, or better yet a bench warmer for Reimer. Reimer is good enough to be in the top 15, especially with his recent play.

Lol List is from October, and stop annoyng me, all can be wrong, i based my list of couple last year, for this year top 10 would be totally different, in goalies spot chances is faster than any other spot of hockey. Dubnyk can and is making me mad time to time, but with him, he is very regular, he has pulled out of goal only once in Wild career, when Holtby has pulled 5 time already in this season, yes Dubnyk give too much those easy goals, but in other hand, he keep us in games too, my biggest idol came from goal, so i am more harsh when i watch goalies, one easy goal make me mad if we lose game because that. Dubnyk will be final answer if we go to playoffs or not, if he can play well and keep 93%+ we will be in playoffs, if not, then bye bye and lets build better team in next season. When Zucker and Parise has been out, it has shown that we are too thin team to long run.

Btw, Chicago taking again great players to team, is there any questions who have best GM of hockey atm? I am so envious sometimes to Chicago that they have so good GM and we are stuck with our, but at least PHI and SJ have more worst GM than we have.

We have two game against Colorado left, those two is very important, but with current roster we cant win those games, if Fletcher will take Hartnell from CLB then i forgive all the mess what he has done to us lately, its start to be too late to catch Nashville, so second Wild card probably get Chicago against in first round and it probably mean fast bye bye, Chicago has great team, but if Wild can be that second Wild card, they can win serie if you look history, in last two season Wild did win Central division leader in first round (Colorado in 2014 and St. Louis in 2015)

From october to march, a lot can change and its even ''truer'' with goalies. Parise is a big big lost for the wild right now. And we can't say that Kuemper made the job last night, ok it was against WAS but he gave 2 bad goals to me.

Chicago with their new players will be fun to watch in the playoffs, i pray for a CHI-DAL serie. Would be so intense.

Don't worry about your GM, we had Bob Gainey and i never saw so much bad picks year after year and terrible trade like he did, we gave McDonagh for nothing, i think that's the worst.

One problem with MTL is that the society want the team to try to pick Quebecers, and then when we force ourselve to pick one, he's not good enough and can't handle the pressure from the media and fan's. (Louis Leblanc as an example). Desharnais is an example of a very bad player (to me) who got a contract just because he's a Quebecer, we didn't have any others and we need a least one in the team. But then we cannot go far in the playoffs with that king of player who needs to be carried. Let's see in coming years.

One of the worst trade is going to Chiarelli for trading Tyler Seguin to the Stars. How to let go a franchise player and see a team going from top contender almost every year to an average team.

no no, you got the almighty Scott Gomez!

I'm from Quebec too but I hate the Montreal Canadians :). it's good to see them fail like this after all their fans thought they would win the Stanley Cup at the beginning of the season haha

It's just a joke :<
