Snow crab heaven sushi roll my absolute FAVORITE

Chicken alla panna, or chicken Alfredo! I mix my red sauce and Alfredo sauce to make the pink sauce. We used bow tie noodles, which arent my favorite but what the wife wanted.  I normally use penne or tortellini. (Either four cheese or cheese and spinach) This is probably our favorite homemade meal, and my specialty! Served with our favorite garlic bread (garlic knots,) and an ice cold glass of sweet tea.

My gf made us some penne a la gigi with a nice chianti riserva. That s life!!

At the building I work theres "Sushi Ken" restaurant.

And I love sushi 🍣

So, on wednesdays theres 2x1 👍

I get nasty and order 2 for me, and im satisfied 😄

This time I ordered, 'Tekka Maki' and 'Kamikaze'

What are the ingredients?

The one of the left, Tekka Maki, very simple: tuna and chives, I love this roll cause it can be a starter, or just an appetizer.

The one of the right, Kamikaze, well the name tells it all, a dive into oblivion by the "deadly" salmon and Philadelphia cheese, cucumber and avocado in the center. (I liked the chives so I usually eat more in that one, at the top)

Tonight sharing a plate of buratta cheese , chared grapes tomatos , splashed  olive oil and balamic vinegar,  basilic leafs with mixed italian olives and speck (smoked proscuitto) . We also have each a plate with thin slices of calabrese dry salami, fried calabrese red pepper , bread and rosemary and olive oil sticks. Chianti classico riserva red wine to pair it up.
