Different from one another, in general the Pinot is more "easy going" , has less of a body and a less complex taste/nose , also allows less aging. Nebbiolo has more body and is more complex to taste/nose , more fruity and acidic notes , this comes out more the more it's aged Between those i'd prefere by far the Nebbiolo, it's more my go to when it comes to italian cousine aswell as the Syrah (from aroud Rome and Sicily aswell) the choice of the Pinot here was because i didnt' whant to cover and wash away the spices mix 😎 1 Quote

Blunt Posted Sunday at 06:01 PM Posted Sunday at 06:01 PM I made pancakes, only because I really wanted to try the syrup. Truth be told the pancake mix expired last month. The syrup is eternal. The pancakes were sponges, yummy sponges 3 1 Quote
LazyHippo Posted yesterday at 03:06 AM Posted yesterday at 03:06 AM Tried some homemade grilled burgers 🍔 Meat was marinated with red Merlot wine couple of hours, then mixed with celery and bit of garlic 🧄 Bacon 🥓 "manchego" cheese, onion 🧅 and some mustard with ketchup. 4 4 Quote
Blunt Posted 17 hours ago Posted 17 hours ago @LazyHippo That looks really good, nice job chef. The mayo caught my eye, In the States ours is typically lemons, not lime. Wouldn't mind trying that also. 1 Quote

Thanks bud and I forgot to mention the pineapple 🍍 that would made it like a Hawaiian burger? Not sure if you still like it you can see it between the bacon and the cheese 😁 1 Quote
