Anyone is not following the team balance

Guys when Today I have joined the NOQ3 server Its very bad happens.

 

 

 

Then when I called a vote : result vote failed

After calling 3 votes I Said them " Please anyone come to axis, And Many More like this

 

 

 

But I can't do anything!

Anyone isn't listining !

And at most of the time no higher level admins come!

 

I am just an level 1 admin So what I can do

Well in that case, nobody could join axis, because the bots stacked the teams.

In the future, open your console and type in /scores and then /autoscreenshot, to get the score and team KDR information as well.

Also, I'd give a +1 for all NQ servers to have autoshuffle, such as we do on JayMod and SilEnT mod, as most of the stacking seems to occur on our NQ servers.

No I think Auto suffle is not so important if there is admins and thus I am level 1 admin and will be 14 yrs. old in about 2 months and then I'll apply.

But after applying I need support, time ( well I think it can take from weeks to months ) And until that time I need help of admins like platonic,

When you open xfire in that little window you will see a yellow button that says Add Friends and to send a message just double-click on the name you want to send message to.

sure they are but what he saying is at the time he plays there is no admins on 

and really there are only like 2 nq maybe 3 recruiters the rest stick to jay and silent and we cant be there 24/7

thats why we have xfire but ty if you can come and help out papai

I play From Monday to sunday all days, expect coming two weeks for my exams but I'll often try to join you all, If I became a high level admin You can give the full responsibility of the NOQ3 server to me!But till now I need help and yes, you can't give responsibility on some time but I'll sure manage

 

As I know this server, The main time for admins are Fridays/Saturdays/Sundays/ and mondays

 

And Other 3 day not at all crowd occurs, But at the time when I play um... atleast 3-4 hrs, These 4 days mentioned above contain many players,

There is at least 10 nq3 active admins so giving all the responsibility to one person doesn't make any sense. There is always someone during evening(Europe time). We help each other.

Here's how to add admins on xfire:

 

Open the admin's profile

Check the contact info

Open xfire, login, click "add friends".

Insert the name you found on the profile.

Hit search, click the correct profile and click add friend.
