Currently playing with somewhere around 10in/25cm 180's. 23in wide screen with 1920x1080 monitor and game resolution with 112 fov.

If your really going to put some time into improving your aim then pay as much attention to how you sit at your desk, the height you sit at, and how you hold your mouse. Any time in the past that I've changed my sensitivity I've also put time into figuring out which position and height to my desk allows the best tracking. For example each different height will put the resting point of your arm at a different position. Also where you rest your arm on your desk. The hole arm on the desk or just before the wrist. Put some thought into this :)

Also read through some of Blade's mice and mouse pad suggestions. You'll benefit greatly from the correct mouse and pad for your playing style. gl

That's more or less the sens I used when I began to play ET, I remember I was able to do a 180 turn without moving my forearm at all, now I can't even do a 90 :P

My actual sens (I change it every other day, when I get owned too much) is around 24-25 cm for a 360, so 10 inches/360

When I played a bit better I used to have a high sens (18-19 cm /360) but now I can't handle it anymore

If you need to make a 180 when you fight, then you are in trouble anyway, because it means someone is backshooting you, and that shouldn't happen :D
