If dynamic IP downloads were logged by that site then me looking would show up loads of stuff I never downloaded, so I'd just think it was a load of b/s if I had no idea about dynamic IPs or anything.. But don't let this fool you - ISPs DO have a record of what IP was issued to what customer at any given time.. And so dynamic IP does not mean you're untraceable..
