If dynamic IP downloads were logged by that site then me looking would show up loads of stuff I never downloaded, so I'd just think it was a load of b/s if I had no idea about dynamic IPs or anything.. But don't let this fool you - ISPs DO have a record of what IP was issued to what customer at any given time.. And so dynamic IP does not mean you're untraceable.. But obviously that website cannot access that kind of information. Quote
