This gun F***ing suck!

Hey everyone! I just became curious about what weapon you think is worst and why they are so bad.

 

Personally, I think the mini-uzi is the worst weapon because of the high recoil and the low mag size.

Scorpio? I thinks that gun is really good. Has low recoil and are really accurate. But everyone has there own opinion

Especially down that long side alley street on Crash huh?

I tend to stick to the weapons I've trained on...agree with the M16 haven't used it in weeks. The saw should do much more damage than it does in the game. 50% of my deaths using that comes from the time it takes to come up on aim with it.

the .50 cal sniper beeing my favorite,and close behind comes the M40A3 i dont get that sniper talk i cant stand the dragunov or the m21 both are so.... blargh.. i also like the scorpion its accurate as (=)/% if u look at its size, i dont like the m14 or mp44, just cant use em... then i dont like any of the LMGs and i just find them "noobish", just plain pray and spray weapons.... i like the shotguns but im not good with them :DD

Not picking on you specifically Ch11m33y just heard this so many times on other games. I'll add 2 points of interest to this. 1st, as was said in a post about map rotations, you'll never satisfy everyone. Everyone's going to find a point of contention with camping vs run n gun, or machine guns over sniper rifles, or bolt action over semi-auto, pistols vs non-pistol fights, aerial assaults vs just shooting and on & on. Its what is used in real life, and its stock in the game just gotta find ways around it and there are always counter-tactics.

 

2nd, without those other weapons act to counter-balance engagements the fights would digress to only the strong (esp the lone wolves) would thrive. Shotgun users who act as breachers in game is great for gamers who like that fast paced action, or who need spaces cleared when evenly matched with OpFor using other smg's. The SAW and fixed .50cal mounts are required for providing suppresing fire. When you're team's bogged down or getting raped because everyone and their brother is sniping when most ppl should have smgs, you'll be glad when buddy busts out the heavy calibre weapons to pin the enemy down. I realize that some ppl just sit there and spray all day whether a threat exists or not, but in heavy engagements or battles where one team is stacked with talent like Razor/CO Supernova/LA Kings etc vs little ol inexperienced player "x" its good to give your team a fighting chance.

 

Fundamentally it comes down to an error in thought on the coding/scripting side. Perhaps those fixed mg mounts ought to have reload factored in so that its not infinite spraying, or, a "hot barrel" attribute after say 500 rounds? Would be a welcomed degree of added realism. Something for the game designers to think about. Makes you wonder if they ever read clan gaming forums like these?! o.0

I like that idea about the hot barrel. On some maps like downpour, there is always a guy that runs up to the lmg and then just pray and spray the whole game.

Lmg's are the worst. Low mobility, high bullet spread, long ads time, long reload. Only updside is huge clips and decent damage. In real situations yes, suppressing fire is important, but in the current cod4 "meta", mobility and flexibility is key, which is why the highest fraggers mostly use mp5/aku or ak47/g36. Sniper rifles and the single shot rifles are mostly situational to camp and to kill other campers. Shotguns should theoretically be used to breach or clear small rooms, which is why shotguns dominate on vacant and bloc, and the tunnels in pipeline.

as SPeedfact mentioned any kill is a good kill.... I dont use the 50 cal I like the dragonov cause I dont need the big BOOM I just need to hit the enemy and rapid fire if needed.. alll good

I don't have know I believe that the gun itself is awful. I know that there are guns I'm just generally not good at using, but I have friends who are amazing with them. I am bad with the mini-uzi. So that'd half to be my least favorite gun. It has too high recoil for me, not enough range, and it just plain looks ugly in my opinion.
